I always take friends who visit Vancouver for a beer tour. The location of the brewery is right in the middle of Granville island so it compliments a day walking around. Tours occur in small groups and slots fill up fast. Highly recommend it!

Cool brewery, had the flight of beers. Tony picked my beers and they were all delicious. Darryl gave some great recommendations for Yellowknife (my next adventure). Especially enjoyed the 90's hip-hop music. I'm told it's satellite channel 47. I will be checking that out.

They have a good selection of beer. My favorite was the so cal ipa. I really wish they had their fresh hop on tap. We got the meat and cheese platter which was delicious but seemed small for the price.

The brewery is a great place to sit down and taste the beers. You are guaranteed to like some, not like others, and enjoy a break from walking the market at Granville Island.

Loved their "Hops are Vegetables" sign out front! Had a taster tray, their beers are pretty good. Definitely a crowded tourist spot.

We had a selection of beers which were all rather nice. Staff were kinda keen to remove empty glasses- maybe to many people have "borrowed" them for souvenirs I dont know but I would have preferred to have been left alone. Much prefer to support...More

Tried it and it's awesome, you get three samples and a tour of their smaller brewery. It's interesting to learn about the process. I'd suggest grabbing lunch there too.
