We had 2 days in Vancouver and had an excellent time with our driver/guide, Cameron, from Luxury Transport Inc. in Vancouver. He took us on a full day trip to Victoria and Butchart Gardens and a half day very comprehensive tour of the city of Vancouver. He was knowledgeable from years of living in the area and a very personable guy to be with. We thoroughly enjoyed our tours and would highly recommend him to other visitors.

I was looking for a bus tour that would pick our party up at the ferry terminal in Horseshoe Bay take us to our destination, wait for us and take us to our hotel, return the next day and take us to another destination and then return us to the ferry terminal in Horseshoe Bay again for our trip home. We were a small group of 19 and Luxury Transport did a fantastic job. The drivers, 1 different one each day, were great and very knowledgeable. The bus was right on time each day. The buses were clean and very comfortable. When time permitted we stopped along the way at points of interest where we could get out and take pictures or just go for a stroll. I'd recommend this company and hope to use them again. I've even recommended them to another Probus group.

We had a great half day tour with Natan. He was professional, friendly and flexible with our itinerary. He asked what were some of the places we wanted to visit and he took it from there. Very worthwhile if you are looking for a quick tour of Vancouver. I would highly recommend it.

We just returned to Vancouver airport after leaving whistler village 20th Dec 2019.
Delta Marriott referred us to this company, Jim collected us 2 adults 2 children 10 and 9 years old.
It was dark, raining and smoggy all the way back to Vancouver.
He was exceeding the speed limits by 30-40 km per hour. I asked him to slow down. He said sorry. He then didn’t attend to this request. He kept speeding, my 10 year old daughter was on the verge of tears due to the speed and dangerous driving. She asked to slow down. My wife then asked Jim to slow down again. He said he understand why we would feel this way and tried to justify his driving due to experience. I added it doesn’t matter how many times you have driven this route this speed is unsafe and my family don’t feel at ease. I offered for him to stop and change drivers. He continued to drive at high speed all the way to Vancouver.
How disgusting and arrogant. If your hotel refers you stay clear. Your kids and your lives are at risk.

Our most sincere apologies for any concern and discomfort you experienced during your service with us. We are a family owned and operated company so I can say we don't typically ever see reviews like this come through and it hits hard. But it's an opportunity to do that much better so thank you for your review. Safety is absolutely our top priority and we take it very seriously in our training and follow-up so we do appreciate your feedback. We have an exemplary reputation in both Vancouver and Whistler for our safety and service, as do the Hotels we work with, so I'm hoping if you have any questions, concerns or further comments that you feel free to reach out to me to discuss. We have our fleet on GPS and did log 3 codes during this trip - one instance showing 8km over the limit, one instance showing at 23km over and one at 14km over all in 60 to 80km zones and all toward the first half of the service. We have spoken with your driver Jim with regards to these and will be acting accordingly. He did feel he slowed up following your request to do so but bottom line is if you and your family felt uncomfortable at anytime it is his responsibility to accommodate that to your liking. I know you experienced some additional misfortunes during your vacation, which had nothing to do with your Hotel or our services but added to the stress...I'm so sorry again for your unease and I look forward to hearing from you.

We arrived on a cruise ship with hours to go until our flight. We chose to use the Luxury Private Tour, as we had 6 people with luggage. 3 of us were leaving that night, the other 3 renting a car to go to Victoria. What a wonderful day we had!
Although it was rainy and dreary, our driver Sam, took us to Lynn Canyon suspension bridge. He suggested it, as opposed to Capilano, as it is free and with the weather, there's not much else to do. It was great fun and a beautiful walk. He then took us around Vancouver and took us to the City Market where we were able to find lunch. I think we would have preferred a restaurant, but the market was interesting. (He probably thought we didn't want to spend much money after we all opted for Lynn Canyon!)
After driving us around and showing us a bit of Vancouver, he took us to the Britannia Shipyards National Historical Site - another freebie. What a treat! I would never have thought to go there - but it was the highlight of our day in Vancouver.
He also took us to Burnaby Mountain Park - very interesting. It would be a great place to spend an entire day, if the weather is nice.
He got us to the airport where we dropped off our 3 and took us to the rental car area, where the rest of us were able to get our car.

My wife and I were on a two week bucket trip up the coast from SF to Vancouver. As Vancouver was our last stop, we were pretty burnt out from doing our own driving. But we really wanted to make it to Whistler for a day. Dawn and Luxury Transportation to the rescue. I called Dawn at 4pm and she lined up a driver for the next morning. And did we score: our driver, Sarvesh, was not only an excellent driver, he was an expert tour guide and a super nice person. He improvised and took us to locations along the Sea to Sky Highway that were not frequented by tour buses. Sarvesh also gave us great tips once we arrived at Whistler. Highly recommend!

Don was our guide for our trip to Whistler for the day. I’m not sure if Whistler is really worth a visit, but it was our choice. The stops & views en route are certainly worth the trip especially with Don’s knowledge of the area.
Great to be able to see fantastic waterfalls & great views that most tourists would miss.
Don is a true gentlemen with a great sense of humour & constant stories, a pleasure to be in the vehicle with him.

If you didn't head up either of the gondolas (Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish or Whistler Blackcomb Peak 2 Peak Gondola) they certainly make the trip more than worth while with their views, restaurants and hiking trails for all levels. Don was such a pleasure! Not only did he drive us to our destination, he arrived early to pick us up but he was also our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of the area and made sure we didn’t miss some of the beautiful landmarks along the way. Enjoyable trip and would highly recommend Luxury Transport!

Don was just awesome! Not only it was a smooth ride up to Whistler, he also gave us a tour of Vancouver along the way. He didn’t have to but he did. Awesome experience! I will book with this company again just for Don!

Our party of 8 had a day to fill in from the cruise port until our late afternoon flight departure. Our driver Don listened to our requirements and planned the day on the spot to suit us. We'd already spent some time in town so wanted to get out and about. We visited Capilano Suspension bridge and Don got us there before the crowds so we could maximise our time exploring rather than queuing up. He took us to a great lookout point to view the city and finally found us an excellent seaside area so we could enjoy a leisurely lunch. It was a lovely leisurely day and we enjoyed Dons company and commentary. Thank you.

Hello! I am interested in finding out about a private tour for my husband and I going from our Hotel in Vancouver (The Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport) on Tuesday, July 3 to Whistler and returning that evening by 6pm to another Hotel in Vancouver (Four Seasons Hotel). We need to be back at the Four Seasons by 6pm as we are meeting up with others at 6.
We will have our luggage with us and unless we can stop off at the Four Seasons before setting off for Whistler will need to bring them with us for the day. Will you be able to accomodate us and these pick up and drop off locations and time (we can leave early morning as we realize it is a long trip and a long day)? If so, what would the cost be for the two of us?

Thanks for your email. It would be our pleasure to be of service for your July 3rd Whistler Day Tour. Typically our Whistler Day Tour is 8 hours roundtrip. Dropping your luggage off at the Four Seasons before heading out is no trouble at all...
Private Sedan = $650 + GST/gratuity/fuel = $799.50 service total.
*If you would like to ride the Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish on route or the Whistler Blackcomb Gondola we can take care of those tickets for you and add them to your bill or you are welcome to take care of those on your own...whichever your preference.
If you wish to extend the day, additional time is $95 per hour plus tax/gratuity/fuel, and we can schedule your pickup time for whatever you want.

Vancouver to Seattle Cruise Pier = $950 + 5% GST + 15% driver's gratuity = $1140 CDN service total.
Vancouver Full Day Tour (8 hours) = $780 + 5% GST + 15% driver's gratuity + $25 Stanley Park parking fee = $961 CDN service total.
*Admission tickets are extra if you choose to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge and/or Grouse Mountain.

An SUV would be a great vehicle for the 4 of you. A full day tour (up to 8 hours) would be $740 CDN + 5% GST tax + $25 Stanley Park parking fee = $802 CDN service total.
*Driver's gratuity is extra and at your discretion.
