Visited the pub on a Wednesday afternoon so my experience was quiet and service was attentive due to the small number of tables being occupied at the time. There was a wide selection of draft beers, except 2 were included in the Happy Hour which was good to see.
The food was very good, the cab burger was large and sides were of a good size. As others have said the food is better than Mahony & Sons next door.

This place was spectacular the food was great and very reasonable prices. The service was great. We wanted a patio seat but it was full. Lots of beer choices great ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Change the management, service is appalling and supervisors have a chip on their shoulder.
Food was bland and not good quality.

I came here with two people for a late lunch on a Monday.
We seated ourselves and eventually had to flag down the waitress, as she didn't seem to be coming otherwise. When she did arrive she was friendly and nice.
I had their feature which was a bacon and crab mac and cheese. I wasn't expecting much but it was delicious (I was starving), a large portion and very cheesy, good salty bacon and had a sufficient amount of (likely canned) crab meat. I was so full I couldn't even finish it, and it came with two thin slices of average garlic bread.
Seats by the window offer a view of the marina but it really isn't that attractive.
This area is too out of the way for me to come out to again, and I found the pub a bit greasy and dark with a lot of flies and other small bugs flying around - likely because of its proximity to the marina. The mac n cheese was good but it wasn't so amazing I would come back. Fine to try once, but this place is not my style.

Friendly, cozy, and great happy hour. Check in for a daily happy hour. Lots of great beer selection. Take the bus or not Olympic Sky Train Stn. Good 'bar' food too
Hope this helps

Do I remember this place from a couple of decades ago? Was it there? I seem to remember it. I'll likely not remember it in 20 years from now. But then, I'll probably not remember how to eat soup in 20 years from now.
I went here a few times in 2015 but gave up for no good put-your-finger-on-it reason. Maybe it's just forgettable. My loyalty switched to Mahoney's just 30 steps away from the Wick. (It's nice but not listed on TAdvisor).
The food was...average, the view was...average. The atmosphere was...average. The service was...average. No complaints, no kudos. It's a bit cramped but sometimes that adds charm to a place. Here it doesn't but it isn't intrusive either.
This is Vancouver. Why order vanilla when there are 50 other flavours of ice cream out there. I haven't been back to the Wick in months. A shame...or maybe not.

Very nice setting with warm ambience. This is a neighbourhood pub with good pub food at a reasonable price. Good value all around.

Better food, lower prices and more "feeling". Come to the Wicklow instead of Mahoney. You (and your wallet) will be glad you did. After your meal, go thank the hard-working people in the kitchen.

This is a little hidden gem. The Wicklow is a cozy pub that overlooks False Creek with stunning views. I have been here several times and every time I leave happy. The service is always amazing and the food is always really good. This is a great place to relax and have a few drinks on the patio and enjoy the harbour and sunset.
