Hip patio

Wonderful lunch and beer on the sunny patio. Cool vibe atmosphere in Yaletown. The salad - kale, beets, quinoa with balsamic was both healthy and fabulous.

To the slim waitress with the long dark hair and black tank top serving us tonight, we would like to explain why our tip was measly. 1) whilst serving us you generally seemed pissed off and made a forced effort. 2) after asking you if we could pay on card, you complained that paying with cash is 'so much easier'.... Very good food.. Pizza was very good.. We also had the calamari which I absolutely loved.. Being Italian myself I appreciate good food. They brew their own beer which I love to support local talent like that, however, it is extremely overpriced 6.50. Especially cause they do brew their own. They don't have happy hour.. Craft behind them does with... More

This place is on a road with numerous restaurants. This brewery serves several kinds of beers. The day special raspberry beer dis not impress me, but the hills wheat brew was good. The appetisers steamed mussels and kale salad were good. The main smoked sock eye salmon could have been fresher. The halibut burger was very good. The place is... More

I tried all their beers that they had on tap but my favourite was the Brick and Beam IPA, followed closely by Nagila Pale Ale. The staff were friendly, especially Nathan and Brendan who remembered my name while I was there and welcomed me back each time. It's in a nice, lively area and I enjoyed my visits.

We went to yaletown looking to start our vancouver adventure on a good note and man did the yaletown nail it. The flights held an interesting combo or beers in manageable but not small portions and the menu was excellent. I'd definitely recommend the duck pizza and drinking right until whitecaps game time.

Visited for drinks and food before the soccer game. The atmosphere was great, lots of fans in. Tried a couple of good beers and enjoyed some good food. There was even a free bus to take everyone to the stadium.

Might be ok for a gettogether after work but only if you are not in a hurry: rarely experienced service so slow... If you go, have a drink, but forget the food!

Been here on numerous occasions and the service was absolutely atrocious. The food itself was ok but after some bad experiences my friends and I have decided to not go back. It's really too bad because it was good a few years ago. Also I work in Yaletown and would have liked to frequent this location.

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
