Our tourist book recommended this place for craft ale and food and they were right. Situated on the Water front the place is incredibly busy, always a good sign. The beer selection is as good as you will find and the food choice is excellent...More

We stopped in for lunch. I had the lamb burger. My wife had the Caeser salad with shrimp. Both were very good. I tried the white stout and the oat stout. Both were ok, but not exceptional.

This is at a good location at the end of the Gastown area. The beer selection is good and my husband was quite impressed with his beer. The food menu is an upscale gastropub flair and I was very happy with my chicken sandwich. My...More

Good beer and service, and we enjoyed sitting outside with good views, but the sandwiches were just average. Service was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere is lively and fun.

Looks like just another building in Gastown from the outside but inside - wonderful ambience with views of the harbor in an old world setting. Beautiful woodwork! At lunch we had their burgers which were large and tasty. Really fun place!

What a fabulous fun place for lunch on the Vancouver Waterfront. Although there is plenty of room, my recommendation is to get there early for lunch. We were there by 11:30 am, but by the time we left, I believe all of Vancouver had shown...More

Popped in for a look at the food and beer list. We prefer IPA's so always look at the menu if at all possible. Asked for and got a window seat; ended up laughing our heads off with two guys on the way to a...More

Gastown
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of
being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many
plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell
the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's
history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
