My first dumplings may not have met the highest standard of wrapper design. Still once steamed, crisped and in the mouth they were soooo tasty. Especially after learning about the evolution of China Town. Judy was so knowledgeable with many personal anicdotes. I can highly...More

Judy gave a terrific Chinatown tour, explaining how the Chinese community organizes itself, showing us behind-the-scenes gathering places and explainingn the pressures facing the Chinese community in the region. Her dumpling class is well worth the time -- and the dumplings are SO tasty!
