Today's zodiac whale tour was great! We had Captain Gregory Abakhan who was an excellent captain, story teller and tour guide. He made the ride fun and engaging for everyone and he made us all laugh. He is very knowledgable about the area and wildlife...More

We took this tour as they have a really high percentage of tours where Orcas are sighted - unfortunately ours was one of the unlucky tours that saw no whales of any sort. The boat was comfy and well equipped, the crew knowledgeable and informative,...More

Finding a whale in the immensity of the Pacific Ocean might seem like finding a needle in a haystack... those were my thoughts and my expectations were low. But it did not matter, the ride on the zodiac was in itself an adventure, the scenery,...More

This was my 2nd time whale watching in Victoria. Since my first visit however, I was very saddened to hear that many of the Resident Orca pods we'd seen 6 years ago had diminished or broken apart due to lack of salmon to eat. This...More

We booked the covered boat trip leaving Victoria at 11.30. For safety reasons numbers are limited on the upper deck but there is plenty of room on the open lower, rear deck as well. So don't worry about views. The trip out was fast and...More

We took a whalewatching trip on a zodiac boat at the end of July with Gregory and had a lot of fun. The trip on the open boat was a thrilling experience by itself. We had to get dressed in red overalls and put lots...More

We had a great time whale watching with them, finding a few humpback whales, the crew were very knowledgable and the vessel worked well. I was a little put off at first being on a big boat, but this was quick and comfortable with plenty...More

We did the covered vessel trip at 11:30am on 14/08/2017. Upon check in at the seaplane centre a free shuttle bus was provided. We were lucky enough to get a space on the rear deck of the vessel (limited to 50). Weather was great, complimentary...More

Beautiful trip, really friendly and professional staff. They told us lots of fun information and answered a lot of questions. They found a pod of orcas. It looked like this was the pod called 'L.A. Killers'. They are really intense orcas that are known for...More

There were a few kids on my tour , 7 yo would be fine but I'm not sure about the 3 yo. Just be sure to pick the larger boat with covered for a smoother ride. Check the weather forecast before you make a reservation.
