Most notable is the friendly security staff. But this is a beautiful historic seat pf provincial government. And at Christmas they have a tree that goes up into the rotunda. Worth take the tour to appreciate BC and our neighbors to the north.

Incredible building housing the seat of BC. Admire from the outside or take the tour of the incredible attire inside.

Security is polite but thorough at the entrance. Excellent tour guides described many historical and articstic details of each floor. The architecture is British colonial and beautifully maintained. Seeing the Legislative chamber provides better understanding of how laws are discussed and passed for the people...More

What a nice sight to see the government buildings lit up for the holidays. Very warm city, and it is clear to me that we visitors are welcome here.

Great area to visit and spend the day in. The buildings are magnificent and set in the bay. Loads to do and big open space out front to watch the world go by in. Go see

Parliament Buildings tend to be very grand in many cities and this is an example. This building is so large, it can be seen from a kilometer away. The grounds are also extensive. Be prepared to do a lot of walking to view this place...More

Despite the priggish guide, we found this visit to be much more than expected. It is a reminder of the evolution of the British Empire from its peak to today. As we looked through it we decided that we prefer today.

You cannot go inside the building but the view from outside is spectacular. Definitely the most scenic view in Victoria. The architecture resembles old Europe.

Had a day trip to Victoria on Remembrance Day and were very fortunate to get a opportunity see the Remembrance day parade and other activities in front of the Parliament Building. The Parliament Building is "must-do" in Victoria. The architecture is amazing.
