Victoria Harbour Ferry's boats provide the best view of Victoria...From the ocean! Take a Harbour Tour, historic Gorge Waterway Cruise, or hop on an H2O Water Taxi as you explore inner harbour destinations. Visit us on the dock in front of the Empress Hotel. From there, a VHF Captain can take you to Victoria's best-kept secret: Fisherman's Wharf! Feed the seals, grab some lunch from Barb's Fish and Chips, check out the funky float homes, go for a whale-watching or kayak adventure with Eagle Wing or Kelp Reef, and pick up an ice cream cone from Jackson's on the way back into town! We have something for everyone...Including the Pickle Pub Crawl! Come down anytime to pick up a wristband, which you can use for four harbour ferry rides to "hop" from one harbour brewpub to another. Plus, groups of four or more get free appetizers at each location! So much to do, and so much to see...Victoria Harbour Ferry!

There are choices - take the harbour ferry to tour the Inner Harbour or take a water taxi point A - B, either are very accommodating and frequent, which limits wait times.

We took the ferry from the inner harbour Across from the Empress and went to Fisherman's wharf, with several stoos in between. We had a delicious meal of fish and chips and took the ferry back, it was a delightful ride around trhe harbour.

Our captain Chris was hilarious. I have never laughed so much on a tour before. Even though it was cold and raining he really made it feel like summertime. He had loads of local knowledge and we got lucky to see all the rowing teams...More

Ferry is small, cute and comfortable. Tour is 45 minutes, easy to fit in a day. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Not Hop-on/Hop-off, except for Fisherman's Wharf, which is well worth a visit, and we went there separately. THREE TIPS. Reservations are recommended....More

As we entered Victoria harbor on the car ferry, we saw what looked like wind-up boats puttering around the bay. Like little bathtub toys they joyfully whisked passengers to destinations around the harbor. We learned that they are simply creative water taxis that allow you...More

The water taxis were $6 per person for a one way trip, $11 for a round trip. There are more expensive rides if you want a longer tour of the harbor.

The closest ferry stop from Ogden Point (cruise ship terminal) is Fisherman's Wharf. It's about a 15 minute walk. Check out our website to take a look at a map of all of our ferry stops. Have a great trip to Victoria.
