We had a blast on our tour! Our guide Tyco was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had never been on a wine tour before so we weren't sure what to expect. We visited 3 wineries and a cheese making farm. Also stopped at a couple of scenic spots. Each place had its own uniqueness which was awesome! Never a dull moment! The first winery was small and intimate (Rocky Creek). Our tasting was run by one of the owners who provided so much interesting information about their wines and how they are made! It was truly amazing. The second winery was Blue Grouse, a larger operation with a new modern building and impressive balcony view of the vineyard. IslandTimes provided a delicious lunch there. No owners to chat with at this winery but we did taste some nice wines and tried one of their wine slushies! It was a beautiful place! The third winery was Enricho. Again, so different than the first two. We sat outside on a patio listening to live music and drinking a bottle of award winning rose and some sparkling white! We had a hoot! So much fun! And last but not least, the cheese farm. It was a short stop but delicious - you need to give their dog Bella a tummy rub, and take a seat on their "cowch". I highly recommend booking a tour with IslandTime! .... oh 1 more thing to add, our group of 3 toured with another couple. They were so much fun! Getting to meet and drink wine with other vacationers like us made the experience even more special!
