The bus had very little air conditioning and was hot on both the ride there and back The driver was very good but would not turn on the bus to cool it off so that made it even hotter he said he was “not allowed to let the bus idle even when it was that hot out and we sat on the bus for 10 min

This is a very convenient way to visit Butchart Gardens, and the coach ride to and from central Victoria is both comfortable and entertaining, with the drivers we had in both directions providing interesting commentary on the way. What an experience: got some local history from the bus driver along the way to the gardens and what can you say about 50 plus acres of wonderful smells and beautiful flowers and shrubs. And that gift shop one could spend an hour or more in there with no problem.
