I've been here often and tonight (Sunday) I felt as though things moved too slowly at the counter. Washrooms were smelly and showed a lack of moping. New seats are still very comfortable and those staff I saw were friendly but overwhelmed. I left by the west door and two homeless folk scrambled their way in. Management needs to toughen up the situation to create a feeling of safety and order among patrons.

Tuesday special price is a good time to catch a movie and relax in the reclining seats.
We came here last Tuesday to see Victoria & Abdul. I was afraid I may fall asleep being on the super relaxing seat but the movie was interesting enough to keep me awake.
It’s an older Cineplex in an odd building but it does the job nicely.
We enjoyed our Tuesday afternoon watching Victoria & Abdul.

On the north side of downtown. Easy walk. Typical cineplex. Theatre 5 has a large stage in front of the screen so it's ok to sit nearer the front. Love the electric recliner chairs.

Older theatre which has been upgraded with new recliner seats. Electronic with a foot rest. Spacious and enough room to get by even with it fully extended. Very comfortable. Good staff at the counter.

Worst experience ever. We had 2 tickets to movie preview. They wouldn't let us in because of full capacity. When we asked about using our tickets for different date were told "no".

We were on vacation in Victoria and dropped in to this cinema. We asked for 2 tickets to a 4pm showing and the 4 people behind us asked for the same. We all went up to the appointed screen and a film was already playing. We saw that the other group were confused. No staff upstairs, so we all went down and the server told us that the film had started - it was 15 mins to 4. Then she realised that we had tickets for the wrong screen and had to call a supervisor to sort it out - when he arrived she told him that we had all requested the wrong time! Really! 2 separate parties made the same mistake? Eventually we had new tickets and got to the correct screen just in time. Once inside we found the best cinema seats I have ever sat in! Very comfy, reclining leather chairs - I would return here in a heartbeat! But the staff could do with some training!

I loved the cinema. It had large, comfy, reclining seats that were awesome.
Heaps of space between seats, and not a massive cinema.

Got the tickets on line, super idea. Ample staff at the concession and they were efficient and friendly. Great popcorn with real butter. Yum. The seats in Aud 3 are so comfortable that you felt like you were at home, sitting back, relaxed, except you couldn't take off your shoes. But "you didn't have to make the popcorn!"

What I liked most about this cinema was the chairs. They are big and firm, unlike some cinemas that cheap out on the foam in the cushons. The theaters are smaller, which may or may not be your thing. The bathrooms can be a bit of a hike if your in the upper theaters, so plan ahead.

Came in for an afternoon movie. So slow at the counter. 1 person and 5 people in line. Finally a 2nd person to do popcorn. There r definite waves but get 2 people at the counter. Great recliner chairs.
