Willows beach is a great sandy beach just outside of Victoria BC. My wife and I rode bicycles to Willows beach from downtown Victoria. Be sure to check out Oaks Bay Marina while you are in the area also.

We usually visit Victoria in June or September and thoroughly enjoy a daily walk on Willows Beach.
This year we visited in April and to our horror were forced to "enjoy" the beach with out of control dogs and their accompanying irresponsible humans.
