Our recent pink salmon fishing with Jordan of whistler fishing guides was phenomenal. Jordan was an outstanding guide who really took time in to helping all three of us beginners learn how to fish for pink salmon on the fly. The gear was quality, and the bite was on. To top it off it all happened in a gorgeous spot on the Squamish river with a hike through the forest and across another river. We will definitely be booking another trip with these guys in the future.

Being an avid fly fisherman I wanted my wife to experience and enjoy the experience of fly fishing. Set up a half day trip on the Squamish River. I had never fished for Pinks before. Our guide was great. Set us up and he focused with teaching my wife. Of course she caught the first two. Our guide set me up in with some tweaks and then I was in the zone. What made this even more special was the brief hike through BC forest to get to the river. With a small drizzle rain it made us feel like we were in the wilds of BC. The pictures capture the fun we had. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Jordan is a patient teacher (my husband and I had never fly fished before) and a really great guy. He took us to two fantastic spots so that we could try both river and lake fishing. We really enjoyed our experience, even though we proved to be slow learners, ha! Book a trip with these guys, they made the process easy and enjoyable from beginning to end.

My family and I have gone flying fishing with Ryan and Jordan several times over the past 3 years. Both our float plane trips to Spruce Lake were such beautiful and peaceful experiences. Ryan has such a knowledge of and respect for the outdoors. He's such a treasure to talk to while drifting around the lake. He can just as easily talk about its history but also the new conservation rules that have been put in place to protect these areas. We've also fished with him and Jordan during the Salmon run in Squamish. They had the skill and patience to keep a wide age group (19 to 79 yrs) engaged and safe. Jordan and our boys really seemed to bond during the trip, he expertly helped them to refine their casting technique. We all really enjoyed the Margaery Lake trip, floating around in a chair which such amazing views!
These are 3 different types of trips but we loved them all! Ryan and Jordan are the most amazing guides, filled with what seems like unlimited knowledge of their environment. Thank you for all the great memories you helped us create!

My husband and I booked a trip with Whistler Fishing Guides while in town for our honeymoon. Ryan was our guide and he showed us an awesome time. He was a great coach for two people who had never fly fished before and made sure that we had an unforgettable experience catching pink salmon. We would go back and fish with Ryan again tomorrow if we could!

Highly recommend this guide service. I went with my two sons on a fly fishing trip. Ryan was our guide and he was simply incredible. He knew exactly where to take us and was a joy to spend the day with. He gave us great instructions and was very patient. The highlight of the trip was when both of my sons landed fish at the same time. We were able to get a fabulous picture of them together with their fish which I will always cherish. We will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Our family of 5 had a great day out on a beautiful, somewhat secluded lake with our guides, Sean and Jordan. Several of us had not had any experience fly fishing (though two of our group had done some fly fishing) and we all felt we got great instruction and guidance throughout the 3+ hours on the lake. We loved fishing from the individual floats (which were surprisingly comfortable and convenient - you can bring snacks, drinks, cameras, etc. and store them in the storage compartments on the floats) and Sean and Jordan were great about moving among us and giving us individualized instruction and when needed, help detangling, re-tying and drying our flies. Both Sean and Jordan were also very informative about the Whistler area and its attractions.

We were first-timers for sure but Brian took care of everything.
Needless to say, any time soon we will do it again. Strongly recommend
taking more than half of the day. Wilderness out there deserves to be taken in slow-motion.

Hard to believe you could find a better fishing guide in the Whistler area than Jordan. He has incredibly extensive knowledge about the region and all the little nuances essential for a successful outing and overall enjoyable experience. He had the perfect balance of teaching/coaching and letting us figure things out and enjoy the experienc on our own. Really enjoyed the various places he took us, including bigger rivers for pink salmon, smaller beautiful rivers for trout, and lake fishing for trout as well. First guys-trip to Whistler for fishing and can't wait to return. Thanks!
