Always one of our stops for craft beer in Whistler. Great variety of beer options for ever taste, my Husband especially likes their IPA. Our dog loves getting to join us on their patio as well

This was our second time popping into Coast Mountain Brewing and we had two flights. The beers were top notch - a collection of great sours and of course your lagers, ales, and IPAs - they’ve got it all. The vibe was also awesome - lots of art on the walls and a great group of people working the taps and enjoying the pours. Also a good group of dogs hanging out like any friendly brewery. My favorite of the Whistler breweries, you can only go downhill from here. 🍻
Drop in for some peak pints as a great way to coast through and afternoon at Coast Mountain.

looking for a good IPA while in Whistler? Pretty good as breweries go in BC. A little off the beaten path. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Tiny space but friendly.

Fantastic beer selection. Nine on tap today. Not sure what my favourite was. perhaps the sastrugi sour? Great friendly prompt service. 10/10 would go again! Some small bar snacks are available for purchase such as pepperoni sticks and small bags of potato chips.

In Function Junction, there are 2 breweries. One serves food when they feel like it, the other only offers friendly, informative advice.
We wanted some lunch. So, we stopped by WBS. After a less then enjoyable lunch, we went to CMB to have a growler filled.
It was wide open and we were warmly greeted with a smile and an offer to redeem any of our past worries with a draft. We said that that would have to wait (no DUI here). The draftsman said no problem and asked what we would like the growler to siphon up.
Houston, we have a problem. Their selection looked great and to narrow it down to one posed a wee struggle. However, with the help of our new friend and a few samples, we agreed surprisingly, on one of their IPAs (we didn’t like IPAs).
If you are going to get a growler filled, then no need for a second sober thought, get it here. Or sit down and enjoy a 5, 12, 16, 20, 32 or 64 (maybe not) ounce glass of beer.

Located in Creekside a few minutes drive from Whistler, a working brewery with tasting room. We got a tasting selection and all the beers were excellent. Chilled, friendly and cosy atmosphere, I loved the Daydreamer IPA and you can fill Growler's.

We finally made it to coast mountain Brewing in Function Junction.
I’ve heard many locals talk about it and they all had good things to say.
Well their good reputation is well deserved.
They have a wide variety of beers and I look forward to many more visits to sample them all one at a time.
Their tasting room is quite small but they also have a great private patio out front.

The beer here is excellent, if you like a good IPA you've come to the right place, by the glass, can, or growler, you might walk in but you will certainly wobble out.
You can take B.C.Transit right there from anywhere.

I have a lifestyle & travel blog, and I recently wrote about Coast Mountain Brewing. This was my review:
Coast Mountain Brewing, named after the mountain range Whistler is a part of, is a cozy little craft brewery with an excellent selection of their own beers. I myself am not much of a beer drinker (however, my husband is), so I usually go for ciders (or whiskey), but Coast Mountain’s First Aid Kit Pomegranate Sour beer was really good. My husband got a flight of 4 of their beers, his favorite was one of their new releases called Opening Daze IPA. I’m not going to lie, I saw the artwork on the Opening Daze IPA and was so intrigued I told my husband we had to go there. Turns out it was a great choice! Not only was the beer good, but the artwork on their cans and on their walls was worth checking out.

Stopped here while in Whistler. Thought the service was great and they had some good beers. Its a small location but kind of cozy atmosphere. Had a good selection of beers along with my hubby eating the bison jerky for a snack.
