We arrived without a reservation but got in within 20 minutes. The jackets supplied were incredibly warm. The choices of vodka was extensive. We came here as part of my cousins "bucket list". We were not disappointed

A group of 6 of us went and it was a great experience. Our guide was awesome, fun, and knowledgeable. I stepped out of my comfort zone in my 4 selections. Who would have known a vodka could taste like a good tequila or gin!...More

Read the reviews, brought boots/socks/gloves just in case...but the coats they give you have extended inner sleeves, only in for 25 min max, saw a party come out before us with shorts and definitely not winter footwear...you'll be fine. It felt like just a freezer,...More

This is something that everyone (over 19 of course) should try! The experience is amazing! Having a bartender explain the differences in the vodkas is great. Totally recommended.

Visiting an Ice Room was something on my "Bucket List", so it was very convenient that one popped up while we were visiting Whistler. Now this isn't a bar like many other ice rooms, it is a very small "L" shaped room in which you...More

I’m pretty sure it’s open from 5 pm till late. 7 days a week. The staff at the hotel bearfoot grill run the sessions. We walked into the foyer and just asked a staff membe4 about it and then waited less than 3 minutes.
