From the time we tried to make our reservation these guys were super helpful and accommodating. Since there was no standard DH available on some days I wanted they got me a performance DH upgrade on a Wilson at no extra charge. The bikes were in great shape, with very good tires and brakes. Sag and brakes lever position adjusted when you pick up the bikes, I requested SPDs, which were quickly installed. All the guys and gals we talked to were very nice and helpful.…

If you want to rent bikes in Whistler, GO HERE!. These guys excel in customer service, getting you what you need, when you need it and getting you out on the trails. Chris and his Yorkshire Counterpart(!) changed saddles and bikes for us just to get us what would work for our family of 4 (inc. small kids!) Each member of the team helps you with helmet selection and bike choice, payment and this system works well. I bought a bike (Marin Alpine Trail 8) here at the Turkey Sale last October. The bike had been rented out to customers throughout the season, but was still in great shape by the time I got it. After half a year of hard riding, a part needed to be swapped out. I got in touch with Will at Whistler Sports Rentals and he was able to help me out. He was very easy to talk to and very keen to help. He was able to help me get the part I needed quickly and conveniently. I would rate his customer service as excellent.
