As a family we rented skis from Affinity. The equipment was of excellent quality, all of the stuff that we had ordered on line was available as we arrived at the branch in Town Plaza. My children decided to try boarding half way through the trip and the branch near the Gondola happily exchanged to a board and then back again the next day. The added bonus is you can store your skis at the slope and do t have to lug them around.

We rented from Affinity and each time we visited their locations, they were consistently above and beyond in terms of knowledge and helpfulness. One of our party had issues with their boots and they patiently tried several options until the right boots were found. The equipment was good and we really enjoyed the free mountainside storage.

We hired skis and ski boots with Affinity prior to arriving in Whistler, as the price was the best we could find. We weren’t disappointed We arrived at the Affinity Sports Clocktower store to collect our equipment and received what was probably the best service we’ve ever had from a ski rental company. Lee was excellent. He was really helpful explaining what boots would suit my daughters skiing style. He was also able to explain how the Canadian skis differed from the type we are used to in Europe. His knowledge really gave me confidence on the slopes. Plus his relaxed style ensured that my teenagers listened to him about their boots and skis. Another excellent feature was the free storage at the bottom of the Whistler slope which meant we didn’t have to carry our skis through the village, a god send after a hard day on the slopes. I would highly recommend Affinity Sports for the excellent service, value for money and knowledgeable staff. Lee was a star

Prior to my visit, I researched online the best rental companies in Whistler and found this one to be the best. I strongly suggest ordering online before you go. I arrived 15mins before they closed and the staff had our gear ready-to-go when we arrived. They also mentioned that if something doesn't feel right to check in with any of the locations to exchange gear. As I walked through the Village there were several different locations to chose from.
