These guys are great. Got all of our information and set up a date/time to meet weeks before we were set to travel. On the day they showed up with 3 different sizes of boots for each of us (we are a family of 4). Did all of the fitting in our room and were friendly, open and very informative. Our travel dates were pretty tight due to availability of ski school for our kids we left the morning after their last ski lesson. One call and these guys came to our hotel and picked up all of our gear in the evening. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough great things about how amazing the service was. Flexible, affordable & easy. Thank you to Chris and Alex who were both very friendly, and helpful when asking questions about the equipment. They even refunded us a day when we decided not to ski last minute. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting. The only way to go with rentals. Thanks again and we will be back!

Gear was delivered to our hotel then night of our arrival, and we were fitted in the lobby. The guys were great, and the gear worked really well. Well worth the price.

We rented from spirit bear in Jan. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and as promised, had boots comfortable for my husband’s EEEE feet. (This involves an extra trip by their staff back to the store, but they were quick to do this, and willing to deal with the extra hassle without anything but smiles, which is what you want.) We are intermediate skiers, so my comments on equipment are from this perspective: The equipment we rented was perfect for us. It was in good shape, proved to be trouble free, and the boots were still new enough (and you know, sometimes rental boots can be worn out or stinky — these were neither of those bad things). Returning equipment was easy. I called, they showed up at the appointed time and were gone. If we ever get back to Whistler, we will rent from them again.

Was in Whistler for family trip Jan 2019. Had skis and boards delivered to the house where we’re staying. It was so convenient! Gave them a tip. Then dropped them off at their location at the base. The guys were so nice and my guys loved their boards. Adult and kids skis were great. Would use them again.
