If I could give this place a ten I would. Absolutely amazing. You can get specials on their site. Sauna, steam, massage, plunge pools, relaxation areas, locker rooms, cafe and surroundings were A+.
No talking or cell phones.
We took our own robes and slippers to avoid those up charges. They provide towels and a locker lock. Robes can be rented, and slippers can be purchased but not rented.

The cost has increased astronomically for out of town visitors and deters many from going here and increases the chance that many others will find a local spa experience.

I am also devastated with the high costs when years ago it seemed way more affordable. That is why I rate 3 stars.

The massage rates are also astronomical and should be at the average of 150 an hour and include day spa facilities.

It’s really unfortunate.

great spot to reset and meditate 🧘‍♀️, enjoy the out doors with hydrotherapy and both dry and wet saunas. stunning spa. amazing there is complete silence. pretty expensive though and a bit Interrogating to have the silence guards standing and staring lol but i understand why they need to do that. Great spot 💗💗💗🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

We went only for the baths as we had heard through the grapevine it was not to be missed. We went early (10am on Sat) and had a card (from Aava Hotel) that gave an additional 10% off (you need one for every guest!). We did the walk in and could have stayed all day as there is no time limit. It was clean, picturesque and the steam room was my fav! There were so many different areas where you could sit/relax and read! Next time I will bring my own Sandals (they were available for purchase - $30cad), robe (available to rent $15) and water bottle - they had water stations near the steam room and sauna but having your own would be better!

Such a fabulous spa experience. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Love the whole experience of going from hot to cold to relaxation. Massages were excellent. Staff is friendly.

I loved all the saunas. Everything was so beautiful and relaxing. You could stay all day easy! We went at the end if June, so it wasn't to busy. The no phone and no talking us a great idea, because you really do get peace, I brought my own book. The cold pools are very refreshing, I didn't think I would use them but I actually enjoyed it. The café was very good, although it would be nice if they had a soup, and a wine LoL.

I went here for just the bath experience a couple years ago and paid around $50. They have since raised the price to $130 PER PERSON. This is absolutely INSANE.
You get access to a couple hot tubs and some cold pools and a sauna... That's it. This business' ownership is totally out to lunch.

No additional value added to justify the price increase.

THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING AND I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESS.

I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN UNTIL THIS BUSINESS REGAINS ITS SANITY AND I WILL BE STRONGLY DISCOURAGING EVERYONE I MEET FROM VISITING.

This business has ZERO interest in its customers; only profit.

Absolutely loved this experience! Came here for my birthday and to celebrate Mother's Day with my mother and we both had a great time. We stayed here all day, from around 9am-5pm!

We arrived first thing in the morning around 9am for our massage appointments, mine was just okay, mother loved hers! There was a very tall guy at the front desk, I've forgotten his name as this took place last month, but I just remember how kind, thoughtful and accommodating he was- I want to ensure he sees this shout-out because he deserves it.

There are different temps for the cold pools, since I am a novice when it comes to spas, I only made used of the warmest cold pool which was around 15 degrees (Celsius) that day. The other participants gently cheered me on as I went into the cold pools which helped haha. Tons of hammocks, daybeds and places to rest before going into one of the many saunas or steam rooms. The eucalyptus steam room was one of my favourite.

I highly recommend giving this experience a go if you've never done it before! Very relaxing and fun.

This was my first time at the Spa and it was my birthday present . I had booked a swedish massage ($215) and the plan was that my husband would drop me off and I would enjoy half a day there. Instead I convinced him to try the Bath experience while I had the massage. The girl, LM, told me that they would give 20% off for last minute massage booking. I managed to convince my reluctant husband to try the massage as well. Hey, Scadinavian Spa, I got you an additional customer.
I told the girl it was my birthday present and asked her if she would extend the discount to me as well since I got the Spa another customer. She told me that she would extend the discount to me too. I asked her to book my husband for a swedish massage.($215) On the receipt, I noticed that she had charged him for a RMT massage which is $50 more. So, I requested her to adjust that and refund the difference. She could not fix it and so involved LY. LY was polite but very cold. I think could be the colour of my skin. He did something on the screen and then informed me that the girl had made a mistake and cannot give me the 20% discount. He told me that I owed him a further $3.15.
I paid it to him as I did not want to create a fuss in front of the other guests. I have been working in a customer service environment for 19 years and this is not how I train my team. Customer comes first! So, if the staff makes an error in charging which the girl LM had not (she told me clearly that she would extend the 20% discount to me too), then we explain it to the customer but still honor the price charged. I was instead asked to pay a further $3.15. To rub it in, he then handed me a coupon for a complementary drink (valued at $4.00 to $5.00)
I had come to have a happy tranquil experience, but the attitude of the front desk staff member LY completely spoilt it. I spent $441.25 at the spa. I was going to gift my sister and husband the spa gift of massage for their anniversary. I am very disappointed and did not enjoy the rest of the experience thanks to the front desk person. Manager, train your staff better as you just not only lost a customer but I will be sharing my experience on my blog, which is read by many followers. People, this is a place where money is more important than guests, better to go find a spa that has a welcoming atmosphere.
