Walking through Whistler on a day trip from Vancouver and the kids saw the sign and asked about it, popped in and next thing 3 of us were booked in. All the staff were extremely nice, knowledgable and helpful. We drove up to the location which was absolutely stunning and we’re met by more great staff.
There was a triple check of harnesses and calmly talked us through everything, never any pressure and really good fun.
Often said I would go this but only with the right location, I.e. not off a crane in a fairground…. This nailed that!
Great experience and would highly recommend!

My friend and I went and we had a great experience with both the jump and the staff.
It’s not for the faint of heart! Once you are strapped in and attached to the bungee, they give you your instructions and then they have you step right on the edge of the platform. It’s a long way down to a rushing river and it will get your adrenaline pumping! I was scared but it’s part of the experience and the kind staff have a great energy to them which makes you trust them and in turn gives you the confidence to take the leap. I highly recommend this if you are brave enough to do it!

The best experience you will have in Whistler EVER! After bungee jumping in Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand and Australia now it was time for Canada and it couldn’t have been in a better place! Everything was perfect! I had so much FUN! Thanks a lot to all the amazing crew that were there on that day, especially Grayham, Nick and Connor! What a day! Making unforgettable memories! Just DO IT!

We were a party of 3 and made booking at their outlet in the village. The terrible experience started with the guy who made the booking at the outlet. I think as a company they decided to be just outright rude (and we were polite). When we reached the bridge, there was a polite lady who helped with directions, harness strapping etc. But the guys who help with the jump and and behind the registration were all super rude. There was an Asian young lady ahead of me in the lineup with limited English and the guy belittled her. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he asked me not to be silent. The jump itself was fantastic by the customer service left a bad taste in our mouth.

What a fun activity! We were a group of 3 and made our booking online prior. Leading up to to the day, we were quite nervous. Once we got there, the staff were helpful, fun and really calmed our nerves. I felt safe. The jump itself was THRILLING and a bucket list experience for sure. The staff was great at taking photos and let us stick around after to get more pictures and see other jumps. The rest of the girls on our trip regretted not booking. 10/10 recommend.

It was my first time ever going bungee jumping but man I will be back! I’ve always said I would NEVER go but after my experience there I can’t wait to go again. The gents who harnessed us up and brought us to the ledge we’re so kind and super supportive! Such an exhilarating experience and I think you should give it a go even if you’re a bit nervous. It’s good fun!!!

This is a long drive up from Vancouver for an activity that takes all of 5 minutes. The drive itself was beautiful and added to the value of the experience. The team was professional and triple-checked everything. The jump was invigorating and smooth. The pictures were good and reasonably priced.

I was excited and nervous at the same time. I loved it. After I was reeled back up, I wanted to do it again. Immediately! And I don’t even like heights!
It was a very gradual pull when you reach the bottom - no jerk at all.
There is a complete harness (not tied to ankle), and triple safety checks. I raved about the experience to colleagues for the week when I got back from vacation.

The jump was incredible.
You have to do this for sure, you feel the force of the fall all those 4 seconds! Those 4 seconds were the most crazy of all my life.
I would give a 5 out of 5 if the staff were note friendly faking.
I mean, they were great with me but i was felling they were acting it and just dont care about me.
They have to pass you really quick so they can pass the most of 130$ people in the day.
I was feel like hurry up! And next!! Go go go!

Wow..If you want to bungee jump and are in the Vancouver area this is the place. The venue was designed specially to do bungee jumping year round. Professional staff and equipment. Friendly and easy going made us good. We will never forget the experience.

What is the best way to get to the bungee site from Vancouver/Whistler in September 2017? Cheers

Hi, I don't remember the way, but it's easy to find with a good gps. We had no problem. Our son did it. I was there to take pictures. You can get them from the bridge beside him, but they take photos and sell you a package on a usb key for about 40$. My pictures were not as good as them. I had a look at theirs first and decided to pay. After all, it might be the only time he does it.

I have lived in this town for a long time and I think I would have heard if there had been any sort of concern there. It is a absolutely safe operation, that I recommend to many many people.

I'm wondering about the road to drive there. I have a sedan (no 4x4 etc) and wondering how the road is? I'll be going next week so summer conditions please.

The road into the bungy jump area is a gravel road but 4x4 is not needed.
