Before booking a private tour which was the equivalent of 2 tours back to back, I exchanged e-mails with the owner. I explained that we had very high expectations since we had spent 5 days at Knight Inlet Lodge and had seen grizzly bears for...More

Since there might be a chance that we might not see bears, I called a day ahead before booking the tour and was told that there was a very good chance of seeing a bear and that 2 had been sighted on that day. However,...More

We are 4/5 star on TA for a reason with 240+ reviews. But unfortunately it is guests like yourself that do not see a bear and get upset then review us in a negative way, as to why we are not 5/5 star. You also...More

We use Luxury Land Rovers. There is another company that uses Jeeps and is slightly more expensive than us. Plus there is a 3rd bear viewing option that costs $189.00 per person. We are actually considered the best option on price with the best value....More

We did not see any bears. The scenery was beautiful and that made for a nice drive, but overall it was a waste of money. I was surprised not to be offered another outing, as many wildlife-viewing companies do. I also thought the guide could...More

Did the evening trip out - whilst we did not see any bears, that was not for want of trying - the driver was very knowledgeable about where they might be and what started out as a 2 hours drive became 3 hours as he...More

Alex our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He found 4 bears for us to see. One walked around the car which gave everyone a great view. He made sure everyone got to see the bears.
