Booked a special 4 hr trip to the very south end of Lillooet and Little Lillooet lakes. In addition to fantastic BC scenery, Eric was full of information and history about the topography, development of the region and First Nations history.

We saw ancient First Nations pictographs, remnants of ancient development and heard about the thriving trade route through the valley and beyond through Darcy before the Fraser Canyon route was opened up.

This was our first trip, but it won’t be the last, to see spectacular scenery and some of the best northern farming country in the world.

Very different view of the Whistler and Pemberton region, sort of like the Jungle Cruise on steroids. Our guide, Eric, was super knowledgeable about the area, geography and wildlife. We say two black bears and moose, eagles, herons, and osprey also very common to come across. Perhaps the trip at just under one hour is a little shorter than anticipated but well worth the short drive up to Pemberton from Whistler.

Eric was an amazing guide. Not liking the water much I was hesitant to go. But the family went and it was amazing. Eric was great about explaining everything from what was coming up next, what to expect, wildlife, how the river works and humidity :). I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt at ease the entire ride. Beautiful scenery and quiet as you are the only boat out there. Would highly recommend this tour.

What a beautiful day yesterday. Definitely worth the drive from Whistler. Eric was a experienced guide and whole adventure was seamless. I recommend for all ages. Great patio on golf coarse to have a drink after and enjoy the views! 👌

It was a great trip with a unique view from the river. It was a fun, fast, and exciting trip up and down the river. Eric was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend and one of the highlights of our trip to the area.

We have had a horrible experience with Whistler Jet Boating! They took our money and we didn't even go on the tour! I'm writing this review to make everyone aware that when calling them to make a reservation, do not give your credit card! They will charge you and take your money no matter what, even if you cancel prior! The owners were so rude and catty and extremely unprofessional to speak with, and they did not work with us at all on refunding our money when we never took their jet boat tour. We understand they are having difficulty filling up their jet boats during this season, but it gives them no right to take people's money without authorization. A rude and awful staff to deal with!! Do not book with them!! Please beware!!

In response to your review, I feel I must reply to your comments.   This is the very first time that anyone has spoken about us in this manner and it is very unsettling.  When a tour was booked by your wife for 4 adults on August 22 for the 9:00 am tour departure on August 27, she spoke to me and was aware of our cancellation  policy as I told her there is no charge if you choose to call and cancel outside of 24 hours, but FULL CHARGE within 24 hours.  We require a credit card at time of booking to reserve the tour, and she had no issues with providing this information. Our cancellation policy is on our website. We received a phone call on August 26 at 6:15 pm, 15 hours before tour departure and were informed that you were not able to go on the tour because you were not in Whistler. At time of booking I also take a contact from our guests for where they will be staying in Whistler, and I called the establishment and you were a registered guest for arrival for August 26. The concern was about being charged full price, even though she was aware of the policy and knew she would be charged. She was told to call at 9:00 am the next morning, Tuesday August 27, no phone call at 9:00 am. The first I heard from anyone was Wednesday August 28 when you called me to let me know that it was in my best interest to refund the charges, after 10 minutes of discussion, I was willing to refund the charges and only charge the admin fee of $35 per person.  You did not accept this and told me you would call me later.  You called me at 6:15 and insisted I should only charge you for $35 for two people, I stated the reservation was made for 4 guests.  You called back and started to speak to me in a manner that was not acceptable to me, or I'm sure acceptable to anyone, by this time I had told you that I would not reverse the charges as it was our policy to charge full price within the 24 hour cancellation period. In the meantime, you have disputed this credit card charge by claiming that you have no idea who Whistler Jet Boating is and have no idea how we had obtained your credit card information, and have had the charges reversed.  It is interesting that you have taken the time to write a review about being charged and how poorly you were treated by us, but yet have claimed to have no knowledge of our company and have been given a FULL REFUND by your bank. We have owned our adventure company since 2008 and are a small family business, and have been fortunate enough to have many happy guests enjoy our tour!! This summer was another successful season and our guests continue to tell us it is one of the best activities they have done in Whistler! Regards, Whistler Jet Boating Ltd.

Fantastic way to ride rapids! Based in Pemberton, about 45 minutes from Whistler, on the Green River, so called because of its colour due to glacial water.
This is a fantastic trip, that we can highly recommend. You feel very safe in the capable hands of Eric Pehota, who has been navigating the Green River rapids for many years. The ride is thrilling, fast and yes, you will get wet as the boat rides the rapids!! Eric is knowledgable about the local area and wildlife and you have the opportunity to learn about your surroundings and local wildlife.

We had a great time with Eric and learned a lot about the local area and its history. We had a wild ride to the base of Nairn Falls. The boat goes into some fairly intense rapids, so be prepared to get a little wet (bathing suits/towels are not needed). We have 3 teenage daughters and their opinions were mixed - it was a little too intense for the younger ones. Be sure to bring insect repellent for the wait to board the boat. After our boat ride (which takes about an hour), we had lunch at the Black Squirrel restaurant and watched several sky divers land at the airport next to the restaurant. It was a great outing.

This is a really great tour, made special by the owner/operator Eric Pehota. Eric is a great conservationist whose pride and passion in explaining the various ecosystems in and around the river is captivating, as are his crazy boat handling skills. The ride will not only thrill you as you traverse the rapids, but will also educate you on the area and its inhabitants.
