So so glad I engaged with WC. It was tempting to go with the cheaper option but the fact this was customized and they would be checking my flights made the slightly higher cost well worth the peace of mind. With such a long drive to Whistler I didn’t want to take a chance. The customer service is an 11! So easy to communicate in real time and the airport guide and drivers were wonderful. Do not hesitate to book with WC. Hint say yes to washroom break enroute if only for the view. Stunning.

We booked Whistler Connection through the hotel we were staying at in Whistler. Can't fault the service at all. On arrival into Canada, we were welcomed by the team, and advised where to wait to get the transfer to the resort. The transfer was straightforward, and the driver made us aware of a delay at one point, due to an accident on the roads.
The return journey was excellent. We were collected at the time specified, from our hotel, and Norm, our driver immediately offered to assist with carrying the luggage to the vehicle, and then once on board, welcomed us all and introduced himself fully. Norm was really nice during the journey, pointing out specific scenic points, and he had mentioned that he could give a rest break at a beautiful spot half way....what a fantastic stop it was! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we even saw some sea lions....a wonderful pit stop on the way to the airport. A huge thank you goes to Norm, for his suggested stop point, but also for his extremely welcoming and helpful nature throughout the journey. He is a real asset to your company.

Convenient. Well organized both ways. We weren't sure where to go from baggage claim so we called the number in the email confirmation. The number was answered promptly and clear instructions given. Waited less than an hour to leave for Whistler. Pick-up for return trip was on time. This was less expensive than renting a car with current rental car rates and hotel parking fees. It was nice to relax and enjoy the views!

I recently traveled with Whistler Connection from YVR to Whistler and unfortunately had a less-than-comfortable experience.

The shuttle, a sprinter van, was completely full, which made the journey feel cramped. To make matters worse, a child screamed for the entire duration of the trip, creating an extremely unpleasant environment for everyone onboard. The confined space amplified the noise, and it gave me a severe migraine, which I almost never experience.

While I understand that situations like this can arise, it was disappointing that there were no measures in place to manage such disruptions. Suggestions like designated quiet zones or staff intervention could have made a big difference.

I did reach out to Whistler Connection afterward to share my horrible experience, the GM acknowledged my concerns and apologized and cited there is nothing else they can do due to company policy.

If you are considering using this service, I recommend being prepared for such situations, especially during busy travel times when the shuttle is likely to be full.

I hope Whistler Connection considers implementing policies to enhance the comfort of their passengers, as this was not the level of service I expected.

Awful service, our son and daughter-in-law were dumped out in the dark with heavy cases in the dark, knowing that she had broken her foot and left them not knowing, exactly where they were and knowing, their phones weren't working.
I spite of their protests, the driver just said he didn't know where the property was. Strange then that Google maps following the postcode could take you to the right door.
It was freezing cold and icy so the risk to my daughter in law was huge and it meant my son abandoning their bags to make sure that his wife was safe.
We had booked a door to door service but this was not delivered.
Whilst the company gave us a woolly apology, they refused to refund the obligatory service charge as requested (reasonable in the circumstances we felt).
Now home to add insult to injury we received a voucher for 7 dollars which is useless to us.

Hi Ruth, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. Per our email conversation, our GPS tracking shows that your relatives were taken to the address in question. I'm sorry that they had trouble finding the individual unit concerned. Moreover, I'm sorry that your daughter-in-law was traveling with a broken foot and heavy cases. If we had been made aware of this in advance we may have been able to offer more assistance. We regularly transport people with additional needs and are happy to accommodate these wherever safe to do so, we just need the information in advance so we can plan accordingly. This is a ski resort so cold temperatures, snow and ice are commonplace. Our team has smaller, 4x4 vehicles available to reach difficult locations if required. I'm not sure where your seven dollar voucher originated from. It may be from a different company regarding a different issue. Prior to this online review, we have not received a request for refund from you. As a gesture of goodwill, we will process a refund of the $25 private address fee. I hope this goes some way to make up for the inconvenience experienced. Thank you for choosing our service, we hope to get the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Originally had booked a rental car from Vancouver airport but after speaking to a Whistler representative switched to Whistler Connection for our family of 4. Deciding factors were convenience, unfamiliarity with Vancouver or Whistler (our first time), it was cheaper when you consider hotel parking fees, and the fact that you don't need a car once in Whistler (which is true, all is very walkable). Service at airport was timely as we had to wait only about 20 mins. It's about a 2.5 hour drive. They stop in Squamish about half way for a bathroom break. We stayed at Hilton so were the 2nd drop off which is nice. It would be a bit more inconvenient if you were the last hotel drop off I guess. Being one of the first in also meant we were one of the last out which was nice. Overall is was efficient, convenient, and comfortable.

From ease of booking on website to bringing us back to the airport at the end of our trip was a breeze. A few things changed since covid19, upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you so that was easier than I expected. As with any shared transportation, waiting time is a given. We waited for about 1 hr upon arrival. The coach was comfortable, wish it had wifi to entertain our small kids but it's doable without. The driver, Jeff, was super knowledgeable about the area and chatty which makes our drive less boring. We got dropped off at the front of our hotel, The Fairmont. Upon the return out, the time given to wait for shuttle was spot on. So punctual. We did not need a car since hotel has shuttle around the clock so Whistler Connection is an affordable and efficient option, just kick back and relax for the 2 hr. trip to and from. Would definitely use again.

We recently took whistler connection from Vancouver to a hotel in whistler village and return with both trips on time and highly efficient.

On the way there I left my camera under the seat and didn't even realise until 3 days later when I wanted to take some shots. The camera didn't have any ID and at first I couldn't even remember where I could have left it. I called the airport and airline with no success. I then called Whistler connection and spoke to Pippa who was incredibly helpful. Despite my poor explanation of the exact camera specs and case brand, she was able to quickly see on their database that they had a pretty close match found on the transfer I took and sent the camera from Vancouver to my hotel in Whistler just a few hours later. Life savers! Thank you Pippa and thank you whistler connection.

I needed to change my reservation to travel from Whistler to YVR.from Friday at 8 to Thursday at 8. They offered me either to leave at 4:30 AM or pay an extra $350. No refund was offered. I took Sky Lynx instead and will to so for future trips.

Hi Peter, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear we have lost you as a customer. I wish we could have helped you. For anyone reading this, I thought it helpful to add some context. The booking was made online a couple of weeks in advance (thank you) and the option for cancellation coverage (a small extra charge that provides a full refund in cases such as these) was declined. We received a call on the 12th February requesting to change the booking from 14th February to the 13th February. Our service is very busy at this time of year so we did not have any available seats left on the departure wanted. The alternatives that were offered instead were to leave earlier in the day where we had availability or organise a private vehicle at an extra cost. Both of these options were declined and the original booking was cancelled with no refund eligibility per the terms of sale. I'm very sorry that we couldn't accommodate the last minute change of plans but glad that you were able to find a suitable alternative. If we had availability, we would typically be happy to make changes like this.

Whistler Connections provided an excellent transfer service from Vancouver City Centre to Whistler and then back to Vancouver Airport a week later. Both these journeys started with a prompt pick up in a nice clean vehicle with excellent visibility to admire the fantastic views from the Sea to Sky Highway. Both drivers were very professional and friendly. A professional and reliable service which comes highly recommended and I will most definitely be using again.
