The Alexander falls were a quick 20 minute drive from Whistler village. The lookout is attached to the parking lot, so no hiking involved here. The road up to the falls, on the way to Whistler Olympic Park is a known bear sighting road. No bears were sighted. The waterfalls are a nice sight.

This was a short trip from the village and on a road common for bear sightings. We went in the late afternoon and did see a cub along the way. The falls are good for some picture taking.

Hard to find. There is a small signe from the road. Once you find it, go up to the parking lot. The fall is a short walk away.

We stopped by here whilst out on a bear viewing trip. The falls are beautiful as is the surrounding area and a great place to get photographs. Very peaceful. If you like to see the sights then certainly stop by here.

We were taken here on our 'bear hunt' and it is a wide and fast flowing waterfall. We saw it at dusk but it would be even more awesome in sunlight

It is about a 10 min drive off of the highway. I googled other reviews before we went up there and many said they saw bears up there. I was looking everywhere for bears when we were driving and we ended up seeing one eating on the side of the road. Shortly up from that we saw somes coyotes running... More

Beautiful falls about 5-10 minutes off the main Hwy 99. Not exceptionally well marked . There is a parking lot and the falls are literally right there. Viewing platform allows for some excellent photos. Worth the 1/2 hour off the main road . Beautiful!

Easy to get to just before you reach the Olympic Park. Parking lot on Left before you get to the Park Entrance. Small brown sign, easy to miss. Falls right at end of parking lot. Spectacular high, narrow falls.

Be aware that the Trip Advisor map location is WRONG. The actual location is up by the Olympic Park in the Callaghan Valley about 6.5 miles from Creekside going south. Just before the entrance to the Olympic Park you'll see a small sign on the left to Alexander Recreation Area, rough bit of road gets you to the car park... More

Our tour guide took us here and I was so glad he did. Firstly because we were lucky enough to see a black bear on the way, another holiday highlight. The falls themselves are also well worth a visit, don't just drive by.
