About
Be a bird for a day. Why not? We’ve designed and custom-built one of the best adventures in the world – side-by-side ziplines located in stunning mountain wilderness. Our tour features a newly engineered and revolutionary braking system, West Coast inspired architecture and a network of paths and platforms designed to immerse you in the peace, quiet and freedom of the forest. Highlighted by two of Canada’s longest lines – a kilometer long, 500 feet high and reaching speeds of 100km hour – we take our name very seriously.

Such a great time! Shout out to Steve, Stefan, and Kay, the sweetest, funniest guys in town. There were 14 (ish) participants in the group, and the wait time vs fly time was just right. Equipment was in good condition and we always felt safe. Totally worth the price (total activity time is about 2 hours, plus a 10 min Jeep ride at the beginning to get to the location). Highly recommend!

We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children under 12) and had an absolutely amazing time. We booked the morning time and the guides were so professional making sure we all felt safe and had a fun experience. I was nervous at first as the first line was quite long and traversed a valley, I was amazed when i released at how comfortable i felt and did not have any sensation of dropping or fear once in flight, it was like you were just soaring through the air. We loved how there were 4 ziplines, each section was unique and fun. Thank you Superfly for making our day perfect!

These are very difficult times. With COVID-19 spreading across the globe and shutting down communities the world over, its difficult to think about ziplinning but when the time comes, NOT if, to enjoy life again, give Superfly Ziplines a go.
My wife and I went to Whistler 4 days before the shutdown (March 12, 2020), specifically for Superfly Ziplines. We were introduced to Tom C. and Declan, the instructors/guides who led our small group of 6 up to Rainbow mountain and the start of 3 amazing hours. Tom and Declan used the perfect combination of humour and technical expertise throughout our 4 ziplines from Rainbow Mountain to Cougar Mountain to Godzilla and finally Basecamp. I can’t thank Tom and Declan enough for their practical knowledge, the enthusiasm for their job, their love and respect of nature and the surroundings and the professionalism they showed us. If you’re lucky enough to be led by these two gentlemen, count your lucky stars. The rest of our thanks go out to Mother Nature who gave us a beautiful sunny day. With that we could see every snow capped mountain on all 4 ziplines. Declan stated; on a foggy day we would be zipping into clouds, instead we saw every beautiful second of our zip down the mountains. The speed, the rush of the wind, the beautiful landscape, the laughing, the screaming, it all has to be experienced. I hope you go and give it a try!

My wife and I have participated in several zip-lining activities at Whistler as well as Cabo San Lucas & Puerto Vallarta. SuperFly's experience was once of the most exciting we've had to date. The zip lines are some of the longest(1.3km) and fastest(100pkh) we have tried to date. Now we are 67 and 66 so are definetely on the "back nine" of our lives......Some of the stops can be rather harsh and I would not recommend it for anyone with serious back or hip problems. Note - when arring at the landing areas....keep your mouth closed.
However it is incredibly safe and well run by informative and helpful guides. Certainly something for younger children to try, although should a confidence issue arise there are alternative ways back down the mountain. Well worth the money!!!

Our family of four, which includes two teen-aged girls, decided to go on our first zipline adventure together. We had an amazing experience. Our guides were upbeat, informative, encouraging, and very careful in keeping us fastened-in and safe for each zipline run. We highly recommend this company whose staff communicated well with us from our first contact on the phone to the end of our experience. Great job!

We bundled it up with another event from the same adventure group - the whole day was fantastic. We had three awesome guides for the zip line, they were cracking jokes and poking fun at each other but still conveyed all the safety stuff. They were also super with this one lady who was going with her teenage son. Her husband originally planned to go but hurt himself prior to the whistler trip and couldn't. Despite this lady's fears of heights and the speed of the zip line they were great at coaching, reassuring and working with her to make sure she was comfortable before each of the 4 zip lines. These guides had a great sense of humour, even when we egged them on into holding hands for the last zip line. 11/10 experience, they made it fun while also going above and beyond to help the lady who wasnt to sold on heights. Planning to return to try the tree top climb/zip line adventure.
COVID protocols in place was hand sanitizer before and after each zip line, mandatory masks on for nearly every moment outside of the flying part. They waited for you to lower it before they released you, and then waited for you to don it before unclipping you. Never a not safe moment.

This was a very fun place to take our whole family. All four kids(age 17,15,12 and 10) had such a blast. The tour starts with an ATV ride up the mountain where you’ll find the very first zip line 600 ft in the air. The idea is terrifying but the actual ride is so much fun that you forget you’re freaked out. All ziplines were suitable for all of the kids. The guides are friendly and put you at ease. Very professionally done and I would recommend this to any family looking to make remarkable memories. So Worth the money.❤️
Mapquest showed the ticket purchase location in the village but the access to the basecamp is about 10 minutes north of the village on the Sea-to-Sky Hwy then left on Cougar Mountain Rd. Book it and bring your camera !!!!!

We got the Costco giftcard ($100 giftcard for $75) and it would still be worth it if we paid full price! Tom and Skylar were excellent guides. Views are amazing - photos and videos don't do justice the scale of the mountains when you're zipping across. Each zipline had something great about them - first was the most picturesque and highest, second was the longest and had the highest top speed, third was the steepest, fourth we could hold hands!
Trolleys and carriages were comfortable, felt extremely stable and safe, and the staff ran the operation like a well oiled machine. The entire group at that time slot had fun. Would recommend to everyone.

We had a choice of zipline outings for our visit to Whistler. We went for this one because it offers four runs in one visit - rather than one massive one - and this looked like better value for money. It was very well run, professional with a strong safety culture and the two young women who led our experience were friendly and highly competent. The equipment is well maintained. The two longer runs were mind blowing and the shorter, fast ones were really exciting. I suffer from really bad vertigo, but they put me at ease and I was able to conquer my fears early on and really enjoy the outing with my sons.

Myself and my nine-year-old daughter went and did the zip lines and had a awesome time. My daughter was a little scared at first but she overcome her fear in the first 10 seconds of being on the zip line. All the staff were so friendly and courteous. It was a first for me and my daughter. I would like to say thank you to everyone that created a wonderful Memory for my daughter and I.

Hi, I'm looking to book for January 24th. Could you please advise what hour in the day would have the best visibilty around this time?
What is the visibility usually like that late in January? I'm aware this isn't the best time of year for the weather but it isn't going to put me off either way!
Thank you.
Written December 30, 2019
Hi there,
Weather can vary dramatically throughout January so it's hard to say, we do provide goggles though. Our 3pm Twilight tour is a sunset tour so I would avoid that tour if you're looking for maximum visibility.
Thanks!

what is the address of the base area so we can watch our friends? How do you know when their turn will be?
Written November 12, 2019
Hi there,
Unfortunately we don't have any parking available at our base area, depending on space you can get on the shuttle with your friends and hang out but they will be on tour for around 2 hours and you would only really see them coming in to the last line.
Thanks!

Any suggestions day Zipline or twilight?? We have a booking for P2p gondola as I want to walk on the cloudrake bridge. So need time for both.
How long does it take?
Written June 2, 2019
Hey 79shveta,
The Superfly Ziplines tour is a 3 hour round trip so if you go on the 9am tour you will be back in the village no later than 12pm.
Hope this helps!

I am fear of height and cannot go. Is it possible for me to accompany my husband to the mountains and take pictures for him. Or I have to wait for him at the destination?
Written March 19, 2019
Hi Jocelyn,
You could come out to our base area and see him finish the last zipline which ends at base camp. If the tour isn't full we would be able to take you up in the hill shuttle to see him off the first one but after that there is only really access via zipline.
We do have a cafe open in the summer and there are areas to hang out at base, however in the winter season, the cafe is closed and there aren't many areas to hang out and keep warm so depends on what time of year you are thinking of coming.
Thanks!

Can I bring a backpack or fanny pack on the tour? Also, can I bring my own GoPro with stick and strap, and GoPro and helmet strap?
Written August 13, 2018
Hi Steve,
You can't take your backpack with you but the harnesses have a pocket in them to store your phone etc. and you can leave your backpack in a locker out at our base camp. You can bring your go pro and stick but I don't think the helmet strap will go on our helmets however you can request a helmet with a go pro mount on it when you first meet your guides.
Thanks!

I would love to do this.. But is it also a nice experience if you travel alone or more a thing to do with a group that you know?
Written June 6, 2018
Hi Marjolein,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes absolutely you can do it alone, you will be in a group with others so it's very easy to meet new people. Our guides are great too!

We are visiting BC, middle to end of October, I realise it will be chilly, but just how chilly will it be up in Whistler.
Written January 16, 2018
Hi Eric.
Thanks for your message.
Average temps for Whistler in October are a daily high of 16ºC and average low of 3ºC. Having said that, October is often one of the wetter months of the year so always best to bring a waterproof jacket and extra layers as the top zipline and where you begin the course will be 2-3º colder.
Thanks,
Karen

Hi, I wanted to book this activity as I've done it before and loved it. The first time I did it we were transported up the mountain by a bus, but I've read reviews mentioning a Jeep ride up. The jeep ride would be totally awesome and I was just wondering if that's the standard now! Thanks in advance :)
Written September 3, 2017
Yes, we went by Jeep, can’t say if standard but didn’t see any busses!

Hi!!
We will be there the second week of September. Does anyone know how the weather will be? Should take a light jacket?
Written August 18, 2017
Hi Cristal,
It's hard to say how the weather will be in September.
Looking at historical data, the average high is 20º and low is 8º. I would advise layers just in case :-)
Thanks,
Karen
