Loved It!!
Aug. 2019
We did the slides! the kids loved it but I loved it MORE. That was my favorite. The kids did all the other activities and all were equally enjoyable. We were lucky, the lineups were that bad on the day we visited but I would imagine it can get long. Especially to but tickets for the rides/activities.

Great Family Fun!
Jul. 2018
We had so much fun going around to all the different zones and playing with our 6 year old! It was great that for many of the activities, we all got to play along at the same time.

Fun Afternoon!
Aug. 2018 • Family
We brought the kids here for some activities after going ATV'ing. They had a ball. The tickets can be costly, but the kids will really enjoy the activities. My son has special needs and one of the attendants really went out of her way to help him out (her name was Reese). We had a great time, and will return when we come back to Whistler.

Fun afternoon-but bring lots of $$$
Aug. 2018 • Family
The kids love coming here and we did many of the activities, but it’s not cheap. Putt-putt was great and the most economical if you are a family because they have a family pass. Putt-putt is easy for everyone. Not very challenging, but a pretty location. We also did the alpine slide. Super fun and fast if you are willing to not touch the brake. My nephews also did go-carts and the bouncy houses-which they loved. You can do a 5/$50 pass that lets you choose the activities. Otherwise each activity is $11-i think. Great fun for families!

Excellent staff!
Jul. 2018 • Family
My kids enjoyed the various activities at the Adventure Zone but I’m writing about the staff. For such a young group of adults/kids they were amazing. My daughter was nervous on the climbing activity where you’re harnessed in and the girl was encouraging and stood by her the whole time. On the bungee swing, again daughter was nervous and they only bounced her a little till she got more comfortable. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at all the stations. Note, it’s not cheap...$11 per activity per child. But, the kids had fun while my wallet wilted.

Family fun for non-skiiers/mountain bikers
Aug. 2017 • Family
Mini golf, bungee cord trampolines, West Coast slider, hampster water wheels, jungle course and several other play zones give the whole family a fun day of activities even if you don't ski or mountain bike. In Blackcomb village so it's away from the chaos of Whistler village but close enough to walk to. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby so you can spread it out over a day. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive, even if you do a package deal. Cost runs from $11/ride (CA) for individual rides to about $150 (CA) for 20 rides (which we did to divide among the family). The West Coast Slider is the best ride of them all, the most unique thing to do at the adventure park and not something you can do most other places. If you only choose one ride that would be a good one. Little kids under 48" must ride with a grown up or another person tall enough so you can get two riders (adult and kid) out of one ticket.

UNSAFE! DO NOT USE the bungee jump trampoline
Sep. 2017 • Family
Both my daughters went on the bungee trampoline a total of four times between the two of them over Saturday September 2nd thru Sunday September 3rd. The very last go involved my youngest daughter. She was half way thru when SUDDENLY the left hand elastic strap SNAPPED flinging my daughter to the right. Fortunately she was descending at the time and she did not hit anything. The consequences could have been FAR worse and she was incredibly lucky not to have hurt herself.

The attendant was pretty shocked, but after getting her off no one from the attraction came to see if she was okay. Other people asked, and those that saw it took their children away. We will be writing a letter to Whistler Blackcomb about this event.

You assume that all the right safety checks have been made and the equipment is well maintained. There is a deep level of trust you put in the equipment and the people operating it when you hand your child over.

Whistler Family Adventure Zone has lost my trust. Given this accident You should think deeply as to whether or not you wish to put your trust in this attraction.

Mario & Friends Mini Golf
Aug. 2017 • Couples
This is an 18 hole course at the base of Blackcomb very close the to Fairmont hotel.

It is very well laid out and in a good condition.

This is an enjoyable way to spend an hour or so, and we enjoyed our game.

Westcoaster Slider
Aug. 2016 • Couples
There are a bunch of activities to do in the Family Adventure Zone! The prices are very reasonable and a good value overall. We only did the Westcoaster Slider.. It is a luge style downhill track. The track itself is fairly short and you control the speed at which you go down the track. Your luge vehicle is not connected to a rail so you have to brake and lean on the corners or you could potentially fly out of the track. I braked a couple times and the ride down was only about 1/1.5 minutes. It was fun but I wouldn't do it again. I've been on the Mountain Coaster in Revelstoke Mountaine Resort and it was much more of an adrenaline rush.
