5/5 doesn’t do it justice. 10/10 sounds far better and more worthy. Friendly service without the hassle of waiting at a table for ages to get drinks etc. great wings and great drinks. Probably the cheapest bar around whistler and that’s before you think happy hour where 10 wings will set you back about $7, the best wings around too. An assortment of cheap drinks on offer between 12-3 with great atmosphere but gets really busy. Well worth a visit, or many!

We landed at the Crystal Lounge after trying unsuccessfully to get in to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. The Old Spaghetti Factory turned us away after 8PM because of the wait and having to adhere to a 9PM kitchen closing. We were pleasantly surprised by the Crystal Lounge. They share some menu items with Old Spaghetti Factory (and apparently share a kitchen). The recommendation was great as we enjoyed a hearty meal, beer, and a bottle of wine for a reasonable price. Great vibe, fast and friendly service, good value. Very happy we could get decent food here in addition to beverages. Would go back.

On one of my first ventures out post-COVID I was enticed by the sign of HH including 40 cent wings but stayed four hours with a bar seat shooting the sh*t with Paul- the consummate recommender of Caesars and wing flavours. He said to stay for the live music, and I’m so happy we did. I’ve missed live music more than I realized. And how often do you get a great singer songwriter Marcus Ramsay accompanied by a fiddle player who made it all the more fun. And Darcy was running her butt off and was an awesome server. Wish I could call this my local. But will visit again for sure

Making an online reservation was very inconvenient as I had to set up a needless account with a third party company called oftendining.com. Once I finally set up an account and made the reservation, I realised that the reservation wasn’t even confirmed, it was just “pending”. A few moments later, my reservation request was declined.
I called the restaurant to inquire why I was declined and they told me that they don’t take reservations on weekends. I’ve made online reservations with many other restaurants in the past and if a restaurant doesn’t accept reservations it would indicate that right at the beginning and wouldn’t even let you make a reservation. So, why would the Old Spaghetti Factory waste my time in allowing me to make a reservation knowing that they can’t accommodate it?
To use the word “declined” is a bit harsh and extreme. I don’t *need* to dine at the Old Spaghetti Factory, so to get declined is completely offensive and lacks professional customer appreciation and service.

If you're not on the slopes between 1200 and 1500, then head to the Crystal Lounge. Happy Hour here means $15 pitchers of beer, 65c wings (who has less than 10?). Add to that a great vibe, sports on screens, great music, and friendly stsff, what's not to love? An absolute must for Whistler, we're so glad we've found it!

Great spot minutes from the slopes. They have happy hours for wings and beer for apres. Check thier events for live music and karaoke. I prefer this place the pricy and loud Longhorn.

Crystal Lounge, under the Crystal Lodge, is a great apres ski bar. Good range of drinks and bar food. Friendly staff. Large screen TVs showing sports.

Did some research on breakfast spots in the village and this one kept coming up as the best. Hardly. Service was slow and sloppy, the food was average and the coffee even worse. It's hard to believe this is even top ten in Whistler.

Hi, I think you may have us confused with Wild Wood. We are The Crystal Lounge, also located inside the Crystal Lodge hotel.

This bar was the first place we went in Whistler after a day in the mountain and was highly recommended by our friends who live here.
It's a lovely atmosphere, with friendly attentive staff. They have chicken wings for 25 cents a wing between 3pm-6pm which only goes up to 50 cents a wing after that.
You can sit back and the staff will come to you, they'll make sure you don't need to go up to the bar for anything!
They have a really good selection of beers here, from Strongbow (if that's your thing) to Canadian lager.
It's a really nice crowd here so go and get involved!
