I had been considering a fishing trip in Squamish for around a year prior to booking one. I had been contemplating whether or not to wing it and have a shot on my own but I am so glad I never. In the space of 9 hours the sheer amount of knowledge Logan shared with me was incredible. From basic tips such as how to transport rods efficiently to techniques to teaching me which water is fishable - he never left a stone unturned. I had been communicating back and forward for a while and Logan’s prompt replies made everything easy. He has his service absolutely spot on. If you’re reading this and you are debating whether or not to book (like I was), book now you won’t regret it! This experience goes further than just your day on the water. Whether you are a just starting out or you are an experienced angler, Logan will give you knowledge that you’ll be able to apply for the rest of your fishing days.

Our guide, Pat, took my wife and I on an anniversary float on one the of the tributaries of the Squamish River. Booking with Logan, I had requested a 'river' outing in the Squamish area. When we arrived and met up with Pat, we were pleasantly surprised with news that on our half day of fishing, we would be accessing the river by raft. Pat got us into some great spots, only accessible by boat. His professional and cheerful nature made the day on the river an absolutely unforgettable one. He was able to handle two anglers with different levels of experience and skill, in an incredibly seamless way. We encountered some large fish and caught 5 in total, beautiful rainbows and cutties. Everything about the experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend Trout Country, as you consider booking a guide in the Sea to Sky corridor. And ask for Pat!

My husband and I had the best and once in a life time experience thanks to Trout Country Fishing. After sending an inquiry, Logan quickly responded and provide us with information and ultimately put together the best fishing experience. Our guide, Tom picked us up early in the morning. I was pleased to see that even though we came down 10 minutes early, Tom was already there waiting for us at our hotel lobby. He drove us to Squamish Airport where we took a float plane to Phantom Lake. The three of us had the lake all to ourselves. Tom was a wonderful guide and we could not have asked for someone better. He made fishing so easy and had all of the best gear! Tom was also super knowledgeable not just in fishing but the geography and even birding! I highly recommend Trout Country Fishing Guides, Logan and Tom if you are looking for a wonderful experience!

What fun we had catching so many large and beautiful salmon. It's a good problem when you are tired from catching fish! Kudos to our guide, Dan, and to Trout Country.

Trout Country Fishing guided trips are amazing! Took my 11yr old son out for a half day adventure on the Squamish river. Tom our expert fishing guide taught us how to fly fish and we both caught our first Pink Salmon! What a thrill! Thank you for the wonderful photos & memories.
