I didn't get to go in the gallery but did come across his statue of Jeri when walking between the upper and lower village. Tucked away by the river but deserving of more prominence

The sculptures look mass produced, but were interesting to look at - nothing I would purchase though.

Not mass produced, original art... in fact I have never heard that so please come back to see inside. It is all hand done and very gestural. Local artist... ie me so I cannot be there all the time.. sorry.

We stopped in here while we were walking around the village, and I was impressed. The sculptures are very detailed and beautiful. The owner was very friendly and chatted with us a bit. It's worth it to stop in and take a peak, especially if you're into art!

Walked by this gallery tucked in by the village movie theatre. Noticed 'Geri' in the courtyard and decided to wander inside. We were so impressed by James Stewart Sculpture, his hospitality and his eye for detail. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Whistler to stop in and check out his work.

Stopped in during a weekend visit to Whistler. Close to starbucks & Shoppers Drug Mart.
James has photographed and sculpted people he has met during his travels around the world.
Was lucky to be able to see "Jeri" in the square outside of the studio, before it goes to Vancouver.
I love the how James has been able to bring life to his sculptures. Definitely worth a visit.
