About
Feel the wind in your face as you cruise down the exhilarating bubly Tube Park! Located at the Base 2 area on Blackcomb Mountain, the Tube Park is great fun for the young and the young at heart. There's no experience or equipment required - just a sense of adventure and a desire for excitement. Tubing lanes are up to 300 m long and a state-of-the-art conveyor lift means getting back to the top for another run is easy! The Tube Park is easy to access via the Excalibur Gondola and parking lots 6-8.

Nonsense
Mar. 2021 • Family
Crowded with people. Slow rides. Only one hour available during spring break. You wait 10 minutes to get on a carpet lift to get up the hill. Then you wait another 10 minutes before you can go down the hill. Way too much money for family. Carpet lift was breaking down all the time. (technical difficulties).
If you are lucky you will do 3-5 runs the most. Very bad experience. Not recommend and definitely not doing it ever again.

The kids had a blast! Wasn’t busy at all ;) the people mover to go back up the hill is super slow .
The employees at the top were rude to my kids and wouldn’t let my daughter go down the fast hill but then let someone else go.
My husband had a blast as well .. I didn’t, but I smashed into the side of the wall going down. Oh well .

Too much time to go up...
Jan. 2021
We spent 25 MINUTES to go up the hill, for a 25 SECONDS ride down the hill... With a 1 hour ticket you can slide only 3 times. We spent so much time waiting in line!!!

Bad management, not worth it
Dec. 2020
Took us an awful long time to get up to the tube park (finding the right gondola, and walking up there) only to find out that they are only operating ONE lane, which goes very slowly, and we were stuck waiting at the ticket booth as they were at capacity. The family before us were waiting there for a while too (maybe 30 minutes), and found out by asking a staff member that their youngest children couldn't even ride as they were too small and had to leave (there were no signs, and no one had warned them despite the children hanging out in front of the staff). All the customers (both waiting in line and the ones in the park) were frustrated.
We were then informed that for a one hour ticket we could only ride about once or maybe two times, but the tickets were half price (around 27$ for two people?) So we stuck around. When spots finally opened up, we were about to buy our tickets and asked for a double seater tube. They said they were out. Again, no warning. That did it for us and we left (as did many other people in the queue). What a waste of time when you're in Whistler, we understand that it depends on snow conditions but you need to be more communicative and transparent so people dont go up there and leave disappointed.

Whistler Tube Park
Feb. 2020
We took our 9 year old twin girls to the tube park this week and they absolutely loved it! We took the Excalibur gondola up to park for free from the village. It was a great way to get there and saved us from having to attempt to park in the very crowded lot! We purchased tickets in advance on-line and selected the 2 hour option. It was good that we did as once it gets crowded, the lines do take awhile. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a cheerful atmosphere! Some of the runs are quite fast, so starting on the smaller hill with kids in tow is a good idea to gage how quickly they are comfortable going (speed wise). We arrived about 20 minutes before they opened and it's good we did. The crowds and lines became lengthy toward the end of our 2 hours. I was surprised that there is NOT a separate line for people that purchased tickets online. So, if you do purchase advance tickets, you still have to stand in line to get your physical tickets / tags to get into the park. This would have been really frustrating had we not been some of the first people in line.

Fun if you avoid the crowds
Dec. 2019
Park was only operating 4 of 7 runs due to lack of snow. Its a bit pricey, but if you go off peak hours (midweek or very first thing in the morning) its reasonable. Tubes are faster than you think.

Tubing whistler blackcomb
Jan. 2020 • Couples
Tubing at the coca cola tube park in Whistler blackcomb was awesome!
My wife and I had a really fun time. Went in the evening after skiing, flood lights were on and music was playing. Was pretty quiet at 17:00-18:00. We were allowed to use our own gopro and go down as singles or as a double.
Would definitely recommend.

Too much waiting in the cold
Jan. 2020
Staff were really nice and you could tell they were trying their best but someone in the upper management has strongly misunderstood how to treat a customer. Three HOURS of waiting in various lineups and I made it down the hill twice. The line ups were ridiculous- half an hour to get tickets, an hour to even get a tube, another half an hour just to get to the checkpoint where they scan your ticket for your one hour in the park. Not really worth it for a fifteen second ride.

We got there when they first opened and it wasn’t crowded. They had 4 runs opened but one run was for small kids. The staff was very friendly and our kids had a great time.

Not worth the cost
Dec. 2019 • Family
Just visited the tube Park yesterday and it was a disaster. I understand if there isn't enough snow and only have 3 lanes open. But then why are you charging full price admission? Shouldn't it be half price? Because of this the lines were insane. You pay for one hour and at most you get to go down two runs. After the first run I realized what was going to happen and I immediately went and got our money back. Initially they gave me a fuss but in the end they gave me the refund.

Here is a noble idea. Why do they insist on charging by time, instead of charging per run? You could charge for one run or maybe a five pack or maybe a 10 pack. That way there is no crunch for time and nobody has to worry about standing on lines and wasting time and money. Of course they won't do this because they want to rake money out of each consumer.

Note to Consumers...Do not go when it's crowded, do not go later than 1 hour after it has opened, and do not go when any of the runs are closed. You have been forewarned.
