We had great communication with Elite Limousine from the quote all the way until pickup.
The driver was professional and accommodating while strictly adhering to covid protocols. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable.
Overall a great experience, next time we need to take a car, we will definitely call Elite again.

Our family used Elite Limousine for airport services and they were excellent. The drivers were pleasant and professional, plus the communication prior to arrival was greatly appreciated. The vehicles were clean and spacious for our family of 7 plus luggage. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

We had a group of 10 arriving at YVR on a Thursday night. We ordered last minute with Elite - no problem. We had plenty of space in their Van for the 10 passengers and luggage, including several ski bags. They were extremely accommodating to our late schedule. Door to door service was amazing!!! We will use this company again in the future for sure.

Our travel group of 6 requested a car service in Vancouver to pick us up at the airport. We specifically stated that we had 6 individuals plus our checked and carry-on luggage. The car (SUV) arrived on time. The driver was very nice. However, the car was not sized appropriately for our group. The back end only had room for 4 large bags, plus it had a plastic storage bin that was too small to hold a piece of luggage. The driver ended up SQUEEZING us and our luggage into the vehicle. Two pieces of luggage were squeezed in between passenger's feet and the plastic bin had to be held in the lap of one of the passengers. Plus, we each had a carry-on bag.

Fantastic service, Denise set it all up on short notice. Abby was our limo driver, he was the best driver ever, very kind, professional and so accommodating.

Our experience was very positive. We used this company for our daughters microwedding while following all covid protocol as a family and also by this company. Great communication from start to finish, prompt, courteous, economical, flexible. Payment can be made by credit card or etransfer which was very convenient. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

Elite Limousine's service for our trip to Whistler was incredible. They were super prompt, always available for questions. We needed to switch the time of our pick up last minute and they did so without any hesitation. I would recommend their company and services to anybody flying into Vancouver.

Our driver Raj was amazing! He was our driver for my stagette, and again for my wedding day. He even upgraded our wedding limo!
During the planning (during covid no less) the staff were prompt with their replies and also flexible with timing and offered to transfer our deposit to another time in case we had to cancel our wedding. Would absolutely use them again!

Totally friendly and professional from the first phone call inquiry to our last pick up. Awesome stretch limo, spotless inside n out! On time and even upgraded us two first timers. My first inquiry was just to check out prices and Melanie was amazing. No prob just asking about what they have and then getting back to them later. Excellent communication with email, every single step outlined for me. Prices were a bit less than one other place I called. What was more impressive was the great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was great from first contact until drop off. Very flexible with our return time due to delays with arrivals and bags. Great vehicles and service. Will def. use again on next trip. So mush easier then cab or Uber.
