This little museum ( the new name is Itsanitaq Museum) is a must-see stop and will help you understand the culture and history of the Churchill indigenous people. The gift shop needs a retail consultant to update inventory.

This is a nice small museum in town. It has lots of interesting artifacts. There is a small gift shop where you can buy hand made local and other Canadian crafts.

The Eskimo Museum isn't large, but its definately a don't miss. This little building packs a lot into a small space and offers an excellent little gift-store as well. We enjoyed it so much that many in our group returned for a second look!

This visit was included in our itinerary and I am glad it was. The content is pretty eclectic but it gives you insight into the culture and way of life in the North. Enjoyed it.

A great collection of art work and information about the native people. There is also a small gift shop area with a large supply of books covering all areas, from cooking to biographies of people, and nature.

For a small town, this is a very well done museum, the displays are nicely shown and organized, the curators very happy to chat and explain. It has one of the nicer gift shops in town, with the best variety of books for all ages.
