If you go with a tour group that runs about six days starting in Winnipeg, a charter flight to Churchill, a couple of days on the tundra looking for bears, and a dog sled ride, expect to spend around $7,000 per person double occupancy. You can do it cheaper if you make your own arrangements and forgo any touring in Winnipeg, but recognize, there are no roads to Churchill - only charter flights, railroad, and ship (before the Bay freezes). There are a number of outfitters that arrange polar bear tours. Do a search.
