It's amazing everyone survived this plane wreck. It was not comforting to get off of a plane and have this be the first stop! The art on the plane is very haunting

This location is considered one of photo hot spots, I took one time-lapse photography here with northern light and it was amazing.

Just a plane wreck, we drove by but did not get out to walk around it... Wasn't what we were there for.

It was a miracle that everyone survived. She lies where she landed. Very interesting story and a unique shot.

Another highlight of a Churchill visit is seeing Miss Piggy. The story behind the crash is fantastic, and the plane itself is a monument, and a reminder, of the possible hazards of air travel in the north.

This is interesting in that you can crawl all over it and no one died when it crashed in the snow. But it's not worth taking a tour to.

Not much here other than the wreck.

It’s easily accessible and in fairly good shape considering.

In good weather it would be fun to explore.

In cold weather worth a photo stop.

A plane wreck in the barren wilderness is always a sight to behold. Our guide advised us not to wander or explore too much due to the risk of encountering polar bears, so we only got a view of one side from about 20 metres away. Worth a short stop.

Highly recommended if you like this sort of relic. A plane that crashed in 1979 due to being overloaded, left as it was and now covered in graffiti. It's a shame we could not really explore the whole site during the visit due to Polar Bears season - it seems some of them love to lounge in the bushes surrounding the wreckage. We were on alert all the time. But do drop by, it's close to the airport and an easy detour on the way to the town.
