Clean facility with plenty of space for kids to climb and play. There is a small canteen and sitting area, foosball, couple of rides, one bouncy house, couple of arcade games and a large multi-level play structure.
My kids were 4 and 6 at the time of the visit and they loved it! We visited in the late afternoon on a weekday and it was not busy at all. There was only one employee working the front and canteen when we visited, but this seemed adequate for the number of customers at that time and he was welcoming. Bathrooms were relatively clean.
Remember to bring your socks, otherwise you can buy them for <$2 a pair.
We would visit again. Thank you!

my kids had a great time playing. Definitely going again! Great staff and service overall. Awesome place in the winter when it gets too cold outside.

We would love to see your family again! We are happy to hear that the staff and service met your expectations. Winter is a great time to play inside - we are open all summer for a break from the rain or hot temperatures too!

My kids love burning off energy here! The great thing about this play structure is that adults can easily fit in there too! My husband is 6 foot 4" and he has no problem getting around in there! The bouncy castle is always a big hit too! A great place to burn off some energy especially in our cold winters!

Hello Trippies,
I take my 2 year old to this Kid City location quite often. She always has a great time. I have so many great memories of my daughter enjoying this place so much. Thanks for those Kid City.
The staff has always been good to me at this location.
I do think that this location is in need of a TLC in terms of seating areas looking worn etc. It's getting run down a little. Lets be honest though kids are tough on everything so i do understand these places can't look new for long.
Overall i love the place
One bone of contention is the food. They have what appears to be Costco muffins which always appear old and unappetizing. The veggies are usually dried out and old. I hate the way everything that needs to be cooked goes through this toaster style oven which ruins everything really. The pizza that goes through there is awful.
I think the owner should take a quite jaunt down to Great Big Adventure and see what they are doing in terms of food options and especially food presentation. It's leaps and bounds better than Kid City.
I love the place and i totally buy in to the owners mission statement on the wall. I'm hoping the owner see's this review and takes my food comments in to consideration.
I totally recommend taking your kids for a good time but don't expect wonderful food options and tasty food for them.

We appreciate the time you took to write such a detailed review. As a team, we definitely do assess all recommendations and customer input.
We are happy to hear that Kid City has been a positive place to create memories with your daughter. Your overall experience is important to us.
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the food. You are correct that we do offer the Costco muffins. They are dated to ensure freshness and only thawed out when stock is needed. If ever one was not up to your standards, please let us know so that we may replace it for you.
Our vegetables are purchased weekly to keep fresh. Again, we ask that you bring it to our attention so that we could fix the problem. If something has been missed, we would definitely look into it for you.
Our canteen area is smaller, therefore our pizza oven does double duty for cooking pizza, grilled cheese and chicken fingers. We welcome additional feedback on the food not tasting good or cooked to your expectations. We are sorry that the pizza is not to your liking and hope that you can find something else suitable on our menu. We are always looking for new ideas and suggestions to make our customers happy.
Once again, we appreciate your time and hope to see you again.

Spent 2 1/2 hours at Kid City with our 2 year old grandson for his birthday. Two older children and five adults also at the party. Lots for the kids to do...bouncers, slides, climbing, play area for toddlers, toy cars for toddlers to ride in. Lots of seating, Big TV and comfortable sofas for adult...but can’t hear for kid noise! Bonus...food very reasonable in price, party rooms to rent and cheap lockers to rent for any valuables. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great place for kids to wear off energy!

Want a way to tire out your kids before the day is done take them to kid city. Took my 2 sons to kid city and the play structure is immense, the food is reasonably priced but they didn't have much interest in food. They cater to birthday parties as there was a few of them going when we arrived. The boys enjoyed it and it let me sit down and relax for awhile after a busy day as long as you don't mind the noise. If your feeling a little sore try the massage chair for a dollar, helped me relax and they had a blast

We had a long lay-over in Winnipeg so instead of waiting at the airport, we took the kids to Kid City (it was not even 5 mins away). Kids had fun! There is a section for just toddlers which was nice. They do have food (some more nutritional options as well!). Food was a little pricey... Adults are free!

Thank you for your review of Kid City! With its proximity to the airport and surrounding hotels, we are a great option for layovers and hotel visits when the kids just need to get moving!
We are happy to hear that your kids enjoyed themselves. Hopefully we will see your family again.

This was our first ever visit and it was an Inservice day so I knew it would be busy. The counter staff were quite rude asking did I not know it was an Inservice day and they have lots of groups coming. Of course I knew it was Inservice- that's why we were here! They don't have a separate entrance for daycare groups so we had to fight our way through the daycare kids waiting at the entrance for their wristbands just to get in after we had paid. The play structure itself is very good- lots to do for different ages. The seating area for parents is very run down and ragged. I presumed there would be no outside food but I was disappointed there wasn't a water fountain for the kids, they are obviously going to be running around so you are pretty much committing to having to purchase over priced drinks for them. I'm presuming that they have a limit as to how many daycare groups can come on an Inservice day but at the one we left there were already three huge groups here......

Thank you for visiting Kid City. Customer service and your experience at Kid City is very important to us. I apologise if the staff did not provide the level of service that you should have received. This is something that we will further discuss within our staff.
We do host field trips for daycares and schools, so in-service days do tend to be busier. We have one set of doors, so the start of the day can be occupied with getting the kids in to play. We do keep track of our scheduled group numbers to maintain a safe environment for the kids.
I am sorry that you felt that the canteen area was run down. I would welcome any additional feedback on suggested improvements that we could further discuss within our team. Within our canteen area we do offer a water fountain. If you missed it, a staff member would be happy to show you when you come in. You are right, the kids do get warm with all the activity!
Again, we do appreciate your feedback and time you took to let us know of your experience.

Both kids had a blast. The four year old had a great time tearing around for a few hours. The less than year old had a good time crawling and climbing the little baby/toddler section. My only complaint is that the kids stuff garbage wherever so watch your little little ones, so that they don't find it and put it on their mouths. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest or tidiest but with that many kids, it doesn't take long to get dirty. There is a little section to get food and drinks. The girls working there that day did help me after standing there for a minute or two. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Only for them to just keep talking and pretend I wasn't there while I paid for my drinks. Not even a smile. Overall my kids had a great time which is what we went there for anyways.
