I wanted to love this place and maybe because of that I saw so much potential to have it compare to Whistler's Scandinave Spa but it had some major let downs. The line to get in was slow moving and staff seemed overwhelmed by the...More

The check-in / check-out procedure is terrible. It really ruins the "relaxing" experience of going to a spa. The "fast lane" check-in for people getting massages is absolutely not fast, the front desk people serve whoever they feel like, total crap. At the end we...More

The massage I had was mediocre at best. My full body was more like 2/3 body. My husband had way more done during his massage. The scrubs they have available in the outdoor area (which is an additional cost from the massage) are amazing. One...More

I recently visited Thermea with 4 friends, after having enjoyed this facility in the past. I left with the thought that I will likely never go back. It started out with a less than friendly reception from the young lady at the counter. (there were...More

This is the smallest Nordik Spa I've been to but one of the best experiences! Great variety with all the staples of Nordik. The restaurant was amazing and the staff very courteous.

Hello, Thank your question, unfortunately for the health of our guests we do not allow alcohol consumption in our pools. However you can relax on the deck with a glass of wine. Hope that helps!

Yes, kids are allowed in common areas like lobby and restaurant but "...the baths, saunas and relaxation areas on the spa site are reserved for guests 16 and older..." Quote is taken from their website. Hope this helps.

Sorry I took so long to answer. I have only gone on a Sunday. If you went for 9:00am on a weekday, you would likely only be sharing with 40-50 people. I think they allow only 100 people at a time.
