It was really fun and challenging 😃. Each level had almost 10 to 15 tasks which kept getting more difficult one after the other with some minor and fun tasks in between. More upper muscles power needed; it did push me to my limits and I realized I could do much more than I thought. It took us almost 3h to complete whole 4 levels.…

Guids were professional and easy-going. They taught us all well, and helped those who had difficulties throughout the course. My daughter and I loved it, had an amazing time and recommend it as a wonderful memory builder for those who go.

Challenging and fun! The guides were great. We will definitely be going back. Bring a water bottle that can be clipped on because it gets very hot up there.

We booked a session for my son's birthday with 2 adults and three children. They completed 80% of the course and to their surprise were told they were being taken down. The adults asked if they could keep going and were told no. A guide stated they were under staffed and a group behind them needed special attention. We were told they had three hours to complete the course and were taken down an hour and 45 minutes in to NO fault of their own. They were offered a youth voucher for next time. I did not want a voucher as I would not be returning to spend money only to risk the same thing happening. When I asked for a refund in the amount of the voucher I was told no with the response "They completed 80% of the course and there was a high likelihood of a potential lowering on both the supervision adults. If you review the details of the reservation it states that the guides are allowed and empowered to take people down at any point in time. While it is true that another group took additional attention from the 10am I feel we acted within your groups best interest. I already noted a rebate for one youth for next time which I think is more than fair. If you would like to discuss further you can reach me at XXXXXXXXXX."
