I am a frequent visitor to the fredericton playhouse . I have seen many talented artists and theatrical performances. The staff is super helpful and the venue is right in the downtown hub, it always makes for a memorable evening out!I I haven't been dissappointed yet!

I had another opportunity to see a great performance at the Fredericton Playhouse. "Evita" was wonderful with a great local cast. The volunteers are so organized and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them. As always the Playhouse is clean and inviting. Can't wait for the next performance.

With the great variety of live shows at the Fredericton Playhouse, there is no shortage of entertainment to pick from. Shows are reasonably priced and seating is great. One of the nicest things about the Playhouse is that there is no "nose-bleed" section. With just 700 seats, you can get up close and personal - a nice feature.

I have seen many performances here and there really aren't any bad seats. Even from the back of the hall you can enjoy a perfromance almost as if you were in the front rows.

We have seen so many great shows over the years at this location...hey the sound was not always perfect and the facilities could be better. I understand it is to be replaced at a great cost....far too expensive and difficult to renovate they tell me....so many millions will be spent on a grander, much better building. This is in a Province with HUGE debt and other pressing priorities. But no we could not possibly "struggle on" with this theatre....no way..... it is so sad that those who "lead" New Brunswickers make the same mistakes again and again......namely Moet Champagne tastes on a generic lite beer budget.

This property should be restored, but alas it's profile doesn't fit with the marketing of large events. A great facility for small and medium events like charities and actor studios, it's hosted many a wonderful performance and due to the diligence of it's staff, still looks great.

Excellent. Small enough venue that it is cozy to see a concert there. It has a bar for intermission.

Was in Fredericton for the opening of the Blues festival and attended the Blind Boys from Alabama. Not a bad seat in the house. Comfortable seats, helpful staff and an historic vibe.
