Facility strongly encourages you to book tickets ahead of time, but Atlantic Canada weather changes frequently, and if your scheduled day changes to heavy rain no exchange to another day is permitted unless 24 hours prior.
First visit to The Splash Zone: drove 4 hours from home only to find out park was sold out that day. Huge Disappointment
Second visit; made sure I booked my family’s 5 tickets 5 days prior, only to have forecast abruptly change to heavy rain all afternoon. Magic Mountain would not change our tickets to next day, which was available. $200 plus wasted. We must spend another $200 plus to go next day.
Very Disappointed by poor policy; very unfair. I feel ripped off.

Absolutely awful organization. Waited in the wrong line to be told they can't sell tickets there. No signs except for a tiny one Near the opposite sides of the line up. There was so many people the tiny sign was hidden. Ridiculous.

We took our 7 year old granddaughter for her first time. She did the Kamakizee on a dare from her Dad. The turquoise slide was her favorite and the lazy river was a hit with us, yet again.

The ticket windows could be better marked for advance tickets and on site tickets. Your food prices are insane in this day and age with what you charge to get into the park I think you could maybe not gouge ever penny you can out of you customers.
You should provide or rent umbrellas I understand that sometimes the wind maybe too strong but I think it would be a good idea to have them.
If not umbrellas maybe a mist that you could go in just to cool off
The green artificial turf needs an upgrade. It's very hot and worn out in areas.
Overall we did enjoy our day we bring our own food and drinks so we don't have to pay your prices.

The park was very well maintained. Lots to keep you entertained. Food was of good selection and quality. I think the only issue I has was the ticket line. Although we bought the tickets prior to going and used them at the pre-purchased ticket booth, entry was slow. But well worth the wait and excitement to get in!

Had a good day with the Mrs here at Magic Mountain Splash Zone. It is quite a workout constantly having to climb a small mountain to ride each slide, but needs must! I would highly recommend wet shoes as the ground on a hot day will burn the soles of your feet and is very rough and bumpy and with all the walking around our feet were wrecked by the end of the day. All things considered though it was absolutely worth it.

Kamikaze and Torpedo were particular highlights. Also worth mentioning the park wasn't all that busy on June 26th when we went so might be a worse experience if it was.

Don't bring your kids there if they are under 7...

Nothing much for them to do. The height requirements are a little much & aren't really allowed to do anything.

Waste of money, over priced food

I think the management needs to hire people That are friendly and patient with children and know how to address their needs. All the employees are concerned about us safety and mask wearing, which is great, but not enough if you work with kids. Kids are not robots.
One of the employees, Domica, was very rude and unfriendly with my 3 year old son. We came to take a ride on the little train, Rio Grande, there was a family of two adults and two kids waiting there. We’ve waited for a about 5 minutes or more till Domica, the staff member, came. She didn’t say sorry, didn’t greet the kids, just told them quite strictly not to lean on the gates, which is right from the safety perspective, but what about your tone when you talk to little kids?! Be nice, please, it’s an amusement park for little ones. Please, respect their feelings. Then, the other two kids who were the first in line to took over the seats in the train. My son had to sit in the wagon, which made him sad, but I assure him that the next ride he can do in the train. When our ride was over, my son ran to take the seat in the train, but Domica asked him to leave, as there were two other families waiting for the ride. I told her that we’ve been waiting for about 5 minutes to have a ride, so I thought it would get nice compensation to have another ride in the train, as my son was tired and wanted to have a nap. Other family could wait for a minute (the ride takes only one minute). But Domica kept on arguing saying we have no priority (!), didn’t say sorry neither to us nor to other families whom she kept waiting. We argued much more than my son’s potential one minute ride. I told her we are leaving, but I’d like to get her name. She didn’t even turn her face to me, while I was referring to her. She told me her name only when I took a picture of her showing me her back. I spoke with the manager, who was not very helpful. He told me that he would talk to Domica, as she didn’t seem to be behaving right, and I’m not sure he did.
Anyways my son was very upset. He told me he didn’t to go on another ride at the train, as the lady was rude and he was scared. Don’t think it’s the right kids park if it makes the kids get frightened.
Charged us 46 dollars not even allowing to take a one minute ride in the train after waiting for 5 minutes in a row. I don’t believe people like Donovan are eligible to work with children,

Had a blast! My son and his friend enjoyed themselves on your slides and wave pool but he loved the lazy river. I had a nice experience with the staff and all of them did what they could to accommodate us and everyone around us, especially the young person working the cash at the gift shop. Thanks again for a great day.

Great time as always! They are doing a great job with the covid controls. The limiting amount of people made the visit one of our best! You never had to wait in any line ups anywhere!!
