Great day of fun for the whole family. We loved the waterslides, lazy river and wave pool. The benefit of covid restrictions is hardly any wait time. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions.

My only suggestion would be to have someone monitoring the line on the toddler slide as the little ones don’t understand they have to stand on the yellow lines. The lifeguards at the top of the slides did their best to remind them. An extra person at the bottom of the stairs would be helpful. Otherwise social distancing was mostly respected.

Very impressed with the amount of shaded areas in the park. The wave pool and lazy river never disappoints! The variety of slides provides something for everyone! This was my first trip to the park in over 20 years and it did not disappoint!

The concession stands are reasonably priced and you are welcome to bring your own food in. Washrooms were clean and the park was very tidy.

Took out 5 year old and had a wonderful time. He loves the slides and the wave pool. The fun zone was alright but I don’t think I’d do it next time. The price of mini golf was surprisingly cheap so he enjoyed that as well. Had a great day.

Our visit to Magic Mountain was strictly for the miniature golf courses there. We had heard very good things about them and am glad to say they didnt disappoint. There are four 9 hole themed courses. The courses are very well maintained and challenging but fun. One hint. If going on a warm sunny day, go early because it gets busy quickly.

Absolutely awful organization. Waited in the wrong line to be told they can't sell tickets there. No signs except for a tiny one Near the opposite sides of the line up. There was so many people the tiny sign was hidden. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible! Stay away from this lousy mini-golf. It used to be great, but they have totally neglected it. Not only is it in poor shape but a bit dangerous as well. Most lamps have the sockets broken with wires dangling all over. The course is boring. Most holes the very same with par numbers that don't make any sense at all. Many of the holes are too shallow and the ball pops out at even the slowest putt. Waterways dirty, low water, unsightly. Pine needles all over that should be blown off. You can't pay for it at the pro shop. You have to go way over to the arcade (take your ear plugs) and stand in line which can be long at times. No sign to tell you that either. We will NEVER take our grandchildren there again unless drastically improved. They should close it until then. YUK!

I called this morning to ask a question about height differences where my son is a half of an inch shy away from 42” but his friend was over 42”. We were told that we could downgrade a pass which was no issue. So we travelled to Magic Mountain to find out the kiddie section slides were closed. Which would only leave the wave pool and lazy river our option with of course being only able to swim in the kiddie pool. (Which isn’t very large). So for a family of four, it would have costed $110.00 with tax. I’m really not sure any family would spend that kind of money when you have 2 options of swimming in a pool and 1 option of lazing around a river with a 4 & 5 year old.
While on the phone, the supervisor didn’t mention that the kiddie section was closed- only access to the little pool. So not only did we waste gas going, but they didn’t even offer a discount on that specified height group.

I honestly think it’s a bit ridiculous to be able to charge that amount of money when the rides aren’t even accessible.

This is the reason why we don’t go there and will not go there again.

During our brief time at Magic Mountain I found the admission for my family of 6 to be very very expensive. They do NOT have a family rate!! Cost us $150 to get in. 2 adults and 3 children and 1 infant. Once in the place, I found the floors and pools and waterslides disgusting. Very dirty and not cleaned or well kept at all. Also the water was freezing!!! Not too sure why they can't have a heated pool for the small kids. Especially for what they charge. Food was disgusting, they don't have much. Also no menu stating what the have except for pizza. Be prepared to pay a fortune for pizza and a pop. Let's just say, we are from Alberta, and we will NEVER be back to magic mountain again!! OH&S needs to shuts this place down!! Very dissapointed.

The facilities are nice, safe and a lot of fun. The downside, you have to wait in long lines for tubes and once you get the tube wait in another bigger line to go down the slides. My son and I waited 45 mins for a 45 second ride. They need more tubes and you should have to pay to "upgrade" to a 2 person tube. Also, the park itself stinks, especially if you happen to find a lounging chair on their artificial grass, it is a horrific smell of urine and something rotting. I've been in swamps fishing that smell better.
To top it all off, we waiting in a 30 minute lineup to go down the turbo slide, as I was getting ready to go next the staff noticed the little boy behind me had a prosthetic and proceeded to tell him (in front of the entire lineup) that he couldn't go down the slide because his fake leg would scratch the slide. We were shocked as the little boy was made to walk down the stairs through a huge line in tears. I was embarrassed to watch and felt awful for the little guy.

We went to the splash park!!!
Someone stole our tube... if that wasn’t BAD enough.
Just before we were to leave for the day.... someone stole my kids flip flops!!!
How sad is that!!!!
How desperate are some people to steal my kids shoes... they had to leave the splash park in their bare feet!!!
Keep everything locked up even your shoes!!!!!
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!
