Plenty of things to do in Centennial Park. Tree Go, glide like the squirls from tree to tree across the park. Taking a walk along the long trails. Relax near the streams. Swim at the park beach. Play sports at the local fields. Kids can cool off at the soaker park. Ski in the winter or sliding down large hills. Take photos of numerous objects. If you want a more nature park, try Irishtown Nature Park in Moncton, take a canoe for the lake experience. Make sure to get the key for the gate from parks and recreation.

This is a large park within the city. However it does have a darker side to it on the west side of the park as it is cruising or pick up spot for people looking for casual hook up, mostly men looking for men. The area to the east has ample parking and great activities for the kids and the family outings. There is also an outdoor sandy beach pool for summer fun. There is a large pond including ducks with a foot bridge onto it. You will also find a multi use athletic field of artificial turf, built for football but used for rugby and soccer matches know as The Rocky Stone memorial field. Police presence is scarce as Codiac RCMP is very understaffed.

Centennial Park is a 450 acre wooded park with 3 groomed cross country ski trails, man made beach, wonderful splash park for children, man made lake to paddle boat on or skate in the winter. It includes lawn bowling, lighted tennis courts, a rotary lodge & day camp with cabins plus Canada's longest zip line . I've lived next to this park for 43 years and love running trails there with my dog.

Stopped into centennial park to let the kids play at the splash pad. Great park right in the city with lots of things to do, lots of parking, washroom facilities, etc. It would be nice to have some tables or chairs closer to the playground though. Overall s great experience

Location is accessible with things to do as a family. Parking is adequate and there are a few fast food places close by if you decide not to have a picnic.

Whether you just wan to feed ducks, walk wooded trails, relax on the grass or play on the splash pad when the sun has burnt your toast, this little gem has what you need. There is also a franchise of Tree Go so you can burn energy among the branches. Have a nice bbq in provided pits (bring your our charcoal etc). Families can chew up a day pretty easily. My grandchildren have always worn me out and we don’t get to everything.

This park is a great place for walking
In the Summer months and children
Can see ducks in the pond.
And children slide in the winter months
Down a medium size hill. There are swings. School children sometimes
Run races at appointed times under
Teacher and Parental Supervision. There are steps to go up to the
Picnic tables and a parking lot. Lots of nature to enjoy. Lot of birds singing.

We stopped by the park on our way to Charlottetown to see what the four and a half stars is about and we wanted to hike or something. Unfortunately we had to ask many people where to go because there were no directions or signs telling us where to go. Hehexd
