My husband and I, in our late fifties and my 30 yr old daughter had the most exciting experience ever! Upon docking, we immediately caught a taxi("Port" taxis are fee controlled, so use them). Fee for 4 of us was $14.00 and it was less...More

I've ziplined in Labadee, Kawaii and Selvatica (Cancun) and had much much more fun at all of those places. This was advertised as Reversing Tide Zipline tour. There was nothing reversing about it. There were only 5 ziplines, 3 really short ones and the last...More

Knowledgeable and friendly staff made this zip line course feel safe and fun. The location was great. All in all it took about an hour. While we were zipping we saw wild seals eating fish in the Rapids. Very scenic.

Loved every minute of it. Very safety conscious. Really liked how the lines started out smaller and ended with 2 very long lines and we even got to rave on the last line over the water! A must do while in Saint John!!!!

Arrived there independently and was told they could not sell us a tour unless we purchased it through our cruise line (my husband had a liability wrist band from the ship on). We were told they can not take money there although we did get...More

Thanks for your comments. We always do recommend reservations, especially on days when we have cruise ships in port as we typically sell out, to avoid disappointment when we cannot accommodate walk up guests.

This is nnot scary zip lining for those who have done it before, age makes no difference. We had 5 lines and while they were long and it was zip lining, they weren't steep so you don't have to fear the pitch! They were professional...More

VERY safety conscious staff! We weren't nervous to start with but couldn't help but be impressed with how routinely they checked and double-checked everything. 5 different lines, growing in length and speed so we could really have a blast on the last two. My wife...More

The last two lines were by far my favourite! We were fortunate enough to see four seals out and about during high tide! When I went down the zipline the seals were looking up as I went by! Super fun. Other than the last two...More

We did this as a cruise excursion. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and safety-oriented. Our entire family had a blast! Dress warmly, the wind can have a bit of a chill at the end of June.
