New to the area and wanted to find a beach. Loved it. Water was clear and clean. Beach was great. Great place to spend the day. This is now one of our go to beaches.

This beach is unique. It's nestled in a cove on the St. John River and has a soft, sandy beach. As you swim in the warm water you can enjoy the landscape of cliffs and trees. It is truly enchanting. During the day there is a canteen with clean washrooms but the true beauty is at sunset when the heat of the day and the crowds of the beach are gone. When it is foggy on the west side, it's always sunny at Dominion Park!

The facilities were closed. The sand was alright but the water was murky. There were lifeguards and they did do their job so props to them

It was a great beach as a kid and still now. Kept clean and always life guards on duty. This is where I learned to swim.

This city has a lot of options for beach goers, This beach is top on our list. It is really good size so even when it is busy, it is not too crowded. There is a canteen and public washrooms. Lots of parking and a playground, There are also picnic areas where you can bring your bbq. We even brought our dog here and there were no issues.

Add this to your list of must see especially if you are looking for a nice place to relax on a budget!

Dominion Park is slightly out of the way and therefore sometimes overlooked in Saint John but it is still a great place to go for a quick swim in the St. John River or just relax on the beach. Walk your dog, watch the kids do their playground thing, play in the sand - you can do it all here.

I sent my youth at this beach, I spent many hours swimming and just goofing about. The water id cool and refreshing and has great sunsets. A great place to take kids for a few hours, on a hot day.

Very nice beach in Milford area Saint John. Warm water, vollleyball nets, hot sand and a canteen. Lifeguards are on duty as well. Sense of distance even though its 10 minutes away from city center.
