About
Premium shore excursion on an 18-guest bus from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Join us for a coastal drive and walking tour to the village of St. Martins and Fundy Trail Parkway. Uncover the natural wonders along the Bay of Fundy's shore. Escape the crowds and immerse yourself in local nature—unveiling hidden gems and breathtaking vistas off the beaten paths. Engage your senses—see, breathe, smell, taste... Moderate walking is involved. We strongly recommend hiking or running shoes—no sandals, please. Participants should have an average physical fitness level. Please have a good breakfast before you go: we don't plan a lunch stop due to the time concerns. Daily departures during September and October. Attention: we are doing one tour per day, and we might be unable to combine groups from different ships when we have more than one ship: it all depends on the ships' arrival and departure times.

Diane met us about a block from the ship. Our group consisted of 4 adults. Diane took us to the beautiful Fundy Trail, the tides, an amazing restaurant for the best Chowder I've ever had, showed us around her beautiful little town and kept us entertained and informed about what we were seeing. We were the last cruise ship of the season so we had the town all to ourselves. I highly recommend Go Fundy Tours and Diane was exceptional. You could tell how much pride she took in the area she calls "home." Our tour took about 5 hours, we were never bored or rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our day with Go Fundy Tours. I would recommend them to anyone and I've heard Alexi is great but we loved the time we spent with Diane. Oh, and a bonus, she took pictures of our adventure and sent them to us via Dropbox. They are a great reminder of a special day spent in St John and surround area.

From the time my husband and I were picked up from the Cruise Terminal till the return, we could not have made a better tour guide selection. I booked the Go Fundy tour a year ahead of time based on Trip Adviser and other reviews. The tour was exactly what WE wanted. We enjoy nature and off the beaten path tourist areas. At no time were we disappointed with the location choices. The areas we went to were easy walking trails with wonderful views of the area. As our guide stated, "his tour begins, where the others end'. Just let him know what you would like to see and he will make it happen.

Alexei is a wonderful, local and knowledgeable guide. Be prepared to see all the exciting spots advertised, but from a private, tourist-free perspective. This fast-paced, high energy tour is designed to the fitness of the client and was most enjoyable.

Booking was simple via the web; the pick-up spot is much closer to the cruise terminal than it might appear on a map. Diane was our guide for the day, and she was great. She's a local, and took us to places she knew we would enjoy. The drive out to the Fundy National Park takes awhile, but it is well worth it. We stopped at several great spots, hiked down to see some spectacular sights, and she surprised us with coffee, tea and muffins when we were ready for a break. You can tailor your day to include lunch if you want; hike less and see more of the area if you want, etc. Really and enjoyable day for the four of us.

Take Go Fundy Tours and you will have the most extraordinary experience of a lifetime. Alexei was waiting for the six of us as our ship docked in October 2018 and provided us with a unique, personalized tour experience. We visited the Reverse Rapids twice during the fun-packed day, and the day just kept getting better from there! The views that Alexei brought us to were magnificent and unforgettable. Make sure to wear good footwear! We walked along the beachfront, hiked on hilly, gravel wilderness trails on top of rugged sea cliffs with views of a light house and whirlpools below that were dramatic and stunning. The trails he took us on were breathtaking where we looked down on pristine beaches, waterfalls and sea caves with red sandstone arches. Unbelievable! We visited St. Martin's small seaside fishing village with its covered bridge and coastal views. We stopped in a park and enjoyed lovely muffins and coffee/tea in the fresh air which this fabulous man provided for us! This full day tour far exceeded our expectations. I hope you have fun at one of the world's natural wonders with a fantastic guide - Alexei at Go Fundy Tours!

4 ladies (aged 77 yrs). had an adventure of a lifetime. Alex was a perfect guide. Took us places big busses could never go. Loved his choices of scenic spots to walk, hike to see the beautiful Bay of Fundy area. Treated us to local snacks! Stopped for interesting shopping. Made sure our needs were met, and took us to a great spot for seafood bisque—yummmm! Then he made sure we were safely back to ship in plenty of time. Highly recommend!!!

I booked with Alexie as I had read the excellent reviews. The tour did not disappoint. Unfortunately we were late arriving in port on our cruise due to an earlier medical emergency on route. I was able to keep in contact with Alexie keeping him updated the whole time. He was wonderful and kept reassuring me that they would be there to meet us no matter what time we arrived. Diane was waiting for us exactly in the area that had been prearranged.
The fun began straight away and despite the tour having to be shortened we knew we were going to have a blast!
Diane was both knowledgeable, professional and such fun to spend our day with. We saw so much in such a short time. She supplied coffee, tea and muffins while on our tour in the National park. Took photos at each stop that were sent to us not long after completion of the tour. Even supplied local Maple syrup with a wonderful recipe attached. I’ll keep that as a surprise that you’ll find out when you book the tour. Big thank you to Alexie and Diane for such an enjoyable day.

I cannot express enough how amazing this tour was...not only because of the stunning scenery but most importantly because of our incredible tour guide, Alex. His main priority the entire time was to ensure that we had a good time (and that we stayed safe on our treks). And he succeeded! He was fully prepared with water and snacks to keep us going throughout our 7 hour tour. His excitement to show us the amazing sights was contagious and all 4 of us had a great time. We did the New England/Canada cruise and this was a top excursion for all of us. I will definitely be back to do it again. Alex even had us all wanting a house in Saint John by the end of the tour!
