A great night out as a. Hooke of family. Be ready for a fun hike

We have went several years in a row now. It's a fun hike with real history of St. John's. In the summer it's very hot so dress for it, take water, and wear sneakers. It's a great night out. They only take cash and it's a fast hike. Worth it though for the fun.

This was an entertaining walking tour of part of St. John's (the 'Sinners & Scandals' night). The guide is knowledgeable and does well at his schtick of the murders and hauntings of old St. John's. I assume the very large crowd the night we did was due to the low price ($10), but it was an exercising walk up/down hills... More

Filled with history and spooky tales, St John's Haunted Hikes are not to be missed. You are taken to spots all over town that have not so nice histories and are told the horrible things that had been seen or done at each location. The tour provides a lot of interesting history about the town and also has some fun... More

St John's Haunted Hike is a fun evening activity that didn't require too much walking. It's $10/person in cash and it's no reservations - you just show up at the west side of the easy-to-find historic Anglican Cathedral - the walk starts and ends there. Ours was a big group - somewhere between 50-60 which was a bit challenging. Our... More

I very much enjoyed this Haunted Hike.  It is a very casual tour you just show up and pay ($10 each) the guide.  There was about 60 people who showed up for our tour but I never had a hard time hearing the guide. We went on a tuesday in August 2016 and our guide was excellent.  He had great... More

Went on the walk on a Tuesday and it was surprisingly busy (the group had to split into two). It was a nice walk stopping in a few places I probably would not have found on my own. I think overall the tour is designed for families as none of the ghost stories were very scary/gruesome. I was a little... More

Great way to learn the history of old St. John's and hear of the surprises the city still has in store for hapless souls. Presentation was fantastic and it helped that the fog rolled in for ambiance. Would have been great even without it. :)

We loved the haunted hike! Takes place after dark in the downtown neighbourhood... Walk through the streets and listen to the great storyteller tell stories of local historical value, ghost sightings and see the wonderful jellybean houses. They do a wonderful job and the price is great value for an evening of fun!

We went on the murderers tour, which I understand is different from the Ghosts and Ghouls tour. This is the third time I've done the Haunted Hike, and I learn something new every time! The Guide was very knowledgeable as well as an accomplished story teller. Fun time with friends, but I wouldn't recommend it foe younger children or for... More

We loved the man telling the stories and taking us out and about. I would not say the stories were as ghostly as I expected but our entire family enjoyed it.
