The last weekend in July into early August is quite busy. The George Street Festival is the last weekend in July. The St. John's Annual Regatta is the first Wednesday in August. 2018 is the 200th anniversary. Other than that, tourisrm time is busy (restaurant reservations might be an idea) but not brutal.
