This is a beautiful scenic hike taking in vistas of Torbay’s fishing harbour, the ocean , farming, eagles/ just too much to include. This hike has it all. Breathtaking!

Really lovely trail to walk moderate difficulty, some steep areas but comfortable walk if moderately fit. Not keen on heights but found this trail ok as paths not too close to the edge. Beautiful views across St. John’s and up along the coast. Busy trail...More

Yes runners will be fine. May want extra socks in your backpack I case your feet get damp as there can be some swampy bits on the paths and a misstep can get your feet wet. You will love the landscape and the views. Enjoy... More

I would say it depends on the weather! The area around La Manche toward Ferryland has a lot of cover in the woods.
