Cabot Tower facilities

Oct. 2022

I took someone there from Australia in Oct 2022 and the facility was closed but only the view outside area was open. There were no toilet facilities despite many people seeking to find. Tried to email them but it was returned? This is a major tourist site and one would expect better organisation.
