Newfoundland was a series of small fishing villages, unconnected by roads, accessible only by the sea. Quidi Vidi gives you a feel for what so many of the isolated villages were like---yet it is now part of Metro St. John's. Visit the brewery, to see...More

Came here while on a cruise excursion. Beautiful scenery with many photo ops. We walked around but did not have time to visit the brewery. Wish we did! Next time!

You can't leave St. John's with a visit! So cool for pics and all around visit! The roads are a challenge to the 4 wheeler and the views are spectacular to say the least. They could charge for these views and you can visit for...More

Quidi Vidi is a quaint little area in St. John's with access to multiple trails, a brewery and a couple restaurants. Because the harbour is so sheltered and doesn't have large boats moored, the reflections of the colourful houses etc. is definitely something to see.

This small harbour has working fishing boats, a crafts person area, a waterfall and a brewery that gives tours. It takes about two hours to do the whole thing. Well worth the visit!

Spotted this brewery while on a tour. Unfortunately was unable to tour the brewery due to time allowance. At lunch ordered the Quidi Vidi Beer. I’m not a beer drinker but loved it. It had an amazing taste. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet little fishing village sprung into popularity by tourism. Overrun with tourists like ourselves, but not offensively so. The brewery is small and popular. There is an artisan shop featuring the creations of local artists selling their wares created out of all sorts of media....More
