A lovely beach on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Best to visit at low tide. You can walk for miles. Watch out for the plovers!

Big and clean..... The sand is excellent for walking. There were 4 other groups on this beach but t we could hardly see them because there is so much wide open space. This beach compares to some of Australia's best!

The parking is somewhat limited and when the tide is out, it's a long walk to get to the water. Unfortunately for me and family members, the fog was so thick, we couldn't see the water.

we went here on a beautiful afternoon and found such peace and quiet. There were maybe 10 other people along a 1-2 mile beach. You could walk and explore all the area without worrying about your personal belongings and others interrupting your space.

When my husband and I visited in August, 2016, we were the only people on the beach. It has white sand and we found beautiful shells. We really loved walking this beach.

Just slightly off the beaten path, is this beautiful and quiet little piece of heaven. White sand for plenty of walking and sand castle making. Pack a lunch, spend the day and don't forget your sunscreen!

Beautiful, clean, and not as cold as I expected!!! Perfect for barefoot walking and easy access for a dip even in late September. Soft clean sand, not crowded.

Beautiful sand beach - no amenities, no crowds, limited parking - but if you love the beauty of a natural seashore you will love this beach.
